Nah. Tau Bay used to be good, previous generation. Then after the dad died, the daughters had some internal fights re business, so now they split into two: team (red) and team (yellow), right next door to each other. I tried team red, super bland broth, meats not great either. U can find my review on Google maps. Maybe I will try team yellow soon.

My top 5 in order are: 1) Phong Mong 2) Pho Chao 3) Pho Viet Nam 4) Pho Le 5) Pho Phuong; but I am still exploring for ecen better ones. I prefer pho Bac (Northern style) cuz the broth is cleaner, as opposed to pho Nam (Southern style) cuz the broth is too sweet for me, but food taste is a personal thing.

Third is "Pho Vietnam", they have more than 1 location. I've only been to the D3 location, 66 Trần Quốc Toản, Phường 8, Quận 3. Both pho Chao & pho Vietnam are in the Michelin guide, but I like pho Mong more.
In my opinion Pho Hoa Pasture is the best pho in Saigon. I always go to this restaurent to eat pho. The price is 100 000VND about 4 USD, for Vietnamese it is expensive, because it is usually cost for the good bowl of pho is 50000VND, but in US the same bowl of pho is from 12 -15 USD. I realize that there are a lot of Koreans go to eat pho at this restaurant. You did a good job of review three best pho in Saigon. I hope if you have time, try to do a video in one of Poseidon Sea food all you can eat restaurants. It is usually very crowded, so if you want to go there you need to call first and make a reservation. You are wonderful, I like to watch your videos
That true actually all the Pho’s are very cheap in Vietnam. But compared to a less popular one this one is a bit more. I like Pho Hoa Pasture too. Still one of the best Pho’s I’ve ever had only if I had so choose out of these three it would be on number 3. I already moved upwards Vietnam now but I will remember Poseidon Sea for another time when I’m back. Thank for sharing and thank you for watching 😁
