They don't teach that because it would cause doctors to lose their jobs and people not buying medicine anymore. It's all about money.. But I'm grateful that more and more people all the time realize how powerful their mind can truly be!

1 If you know it'll happen it'll happen
2 Imagination is more powerful in your brain than knowing the facts
    3 emotion > logic
4 your mind obeys to your thoughts
5 your mind will always chose pleasure > pain
6 mind listens2 ur mental ideas, pics, words
7 mind wants familiar, avoids unfamiliar
8 whatever you think about is what you get
9 choose ur thoughts, then they'll mold u
    X actions always follow thoughts
11 body follows mind, mind follows thoughts, thoughts are blueprints for your reality
12 whatever you feed ur brain, it'll follow that pattern
13 mind doesn't listen to what is true it listens to what you tell it
    14 thoughts=physical & emotional reaction/response in your life
    15 mind learns by repetition
16 brain can't keep opposite thoughts/beliefs it'll cancel them out or choose one or the other
17 child's mind only works in present time
18 child's mind only listens to word pictures, more drastic picture=better response
19 child's mind doesn't see neutral words (don't, can't, no, not, maybe, tomorrow, don't touch, don't do drugs)
20 child needs specific words/directions. Later doesn't work
21 children need positive words. Eliminate negative, PRAISE EFFORT not achievement
22 child needs detailed stories they can imagine sights sounds smells touch taste
    23 u are, u can, u always, don't say u could
24 child believes that they see even if they know it's fake. No violence, sex, whatever can spoil them around them
    25 label's=limits
26 child can't understand from present to future, so present sadness becomes permanent adapted to helplessness/hopelessness
27 tell suffering child (this problem will go away, have them imagine their happy future life)
28 child's mind will do what the child thinks, so help child understand goals, future & specifics
29 child see painful beliefs with painful experience. Disassociated the bad experience

I took an anthropology class in uni. The prof told about his research on a South Seas island. A native kid was learning to climb a tall palm and harvest coconuts. He was already 40ft up and paused. His parents, watching from the ground, yelled encouragement. "Higher! Higher!" So up he went. Bit of a revelation to the anthropologist.

I’ve been a professional hypnotherapist for over 15 years & I always get so much out of Marisa’s talks. I love how “matter of fact” her speaking style is. She makes you feel despite how ever many people she is talking to in the audience like it’s just you & her chatting in the living room drinking a hot tea. She is incredibly humble? wise beyond belief, confident & I can’t forget to say beautiful & sexy! She has sent me on the personal journey of finally believing “I’m enough!” Thank you Marisa for being one of my few female hero’s/inspirations. I am just 11 min in this video and I must Pause and write this. I am feeling so lost lately like I don't understand why I never achive anything. Dire- 3 days and then eat like I am going to die the day after or get to my goal weight and then again gaint it. Start a business and fail... and so I started journaling and meditating and old memories came to my mind... I remember at school as I did not made my homework one teacher in particular use to tell me! Why aren't you like your sister she is the best in her class or aren't you ashamed of ur self your father is a doctor. And as I came home with bad greads I remember my dad telling my mom why dose her sister dosent help her with the home work... and my Mom oooh until today as I open the oven she would say don't burn your self!!! 🤕
25min: I have been telling my self for a long time I want to die I just want to die.. and now it's ben a week I have such a back pain I can't move and when I walk I look like I am 80- and I am 30...
I started saying to my self I am healthy.... and every time I felt back pain I told my self I love it! It's like stretching I love stretching is sooo relaxing I could do this all day... well dear Mv dear Merissa my back pain is gone 🤗

The negative self talk we adopt and drag around with us is so damaging. But any program can be re programmed. It’s allot of work and it’s deep and it’s confronting. But so very worth it. I am going to listen to this 10 times. Amazing content 🙏

A male friend of mine was going to come and stay with us for a couple of days. As it happened this friend and my wife did not get along very well. So I was thinking about how awkward and uncomfortable his visit was going to be. Then I caught myself. Wait a minute! While I am imagining futures, why not imagine good futures. So I imagined my friend and my wife getting along better than ever before. I even imagined them having a very nice conversation one evening. Then it all played out in the positive way. And while they were having their good conversation I was thinking to myself, wow. Whole thing definitely made me think.

    Summary
🧠 This therapist with 33 years of experience shares insights into the power of language patterns and the rules of the mind in facilitating change and personal growth.
    Facts
📜 The therapist emphasizes the importance of understanding language patterns and believes that you cannot fix what you don't understand or heal what you don't feel.
👑 With 33 years of experience, including working with royalty and Olympic athletes, the therapist asserts the credibility to define "the rules of the mind."
💬 The therapist encourages using the rules of the mind to help clients, children, or adults who need assistance, as it can be eye-opening for them.
🗣 Language patterns are discussed, including the impact of words like "wish," "hope," "if only," and "but" on the mind.
🧠 Changing one word can significantly impact a person's mindset, as exemplified by the therapist's experience with her daughter.
💡 The therapist bans certain words like "wish," "but," and "should" in her sessions and instead encourages positive language.
🧒 Language can affect children's confidence and performance, as seen in the example of a child's exam preparation.
📚 The therapist suggests using empowering language to boost confidence and memory, especially when preparing for exams.
🎯 Focusing on specific words like "narrow down" and affirming abilities can improve concentration, comprehension, and recall.
🤯 The therapist shares rules of the mind, including the idea that what is expected tends to be realized and that the mind responds to words that create mental images.
⚠ Negative language can create self-fulfilling prophecies, while positive language can lead to desired outcomes.
⏰ The therapist uses a positive mindset to cope with potential lateness, emphasizing that everything happens for a reason.🚂 Train on time

Highlights the significance of linking pleasure to desired outcomes and pain to undesired ones.

🎁 We have lots of products that we give away completely free.
💰 Self-esteem and your relationship with money.
🤗 We like giving stuff away because it's really easy to change your life.
🧠 It's really easy to change your mind if you know how.
🧭 Now you all know how, and you can never again say, "I haven't got a clue what I'm doing."
😔 "I don't know why I feel like this. I guess I'm just messed up."
💡 You go, "Nope. Here's the rules of the mind. I know."
    🙏 Thank you for listening.

She's sooo positive. If i can just control my eyes, how i see things, my mouth, how i speak things, and my mind, if i can attract positive imaging.
Your eyes are the gates to your soul.
There are power in your words.
The battlefield is all in your mind.
There's so much practice that needs to be made by some of us, who want to apply her teachings in life.
Sometimes it seems impossible because it seems like we're so far away...

I really believe this is the most difficult challenge anyone of us can take on. To learn to quite the constant chatter the negative self talk that invades our minds. It's not easy but so so worth the effort and journey. I think there is no more important work one can do in life than to controls ones own mind. Imagine really imagine if each of us can master all that she is talking about here. Life would be so much more fulfilling. I have been interested in this kind of self mastery for a long time yet i must admit i haven't put forth a strong effort to reach the goals id love to achieve. I pray that all whom read this comment find their bliss. May all your dreams come to fruition.
