'Children' By Khalil Gibran is my all time favorite poem. Marisa Peer mentions the prophet poem, so I thought I'd name it, in case anyone is interested. I read it at my son's graduation. It is a good reminder that our children are not really OURS.For anyone who has children, or planning to have them, it is a better reminder than any parenting book you will ever read. Thank you for this Great interview!

This was a great interview. What's interesting is that our memories of our past become 50 % less accurate within a year. Re telling our past in a more positive way is a great way to take back your power and not be a victim of your old story.

Agreed very valuable and powerful advice. Except for 39:40 which is quite narrow minded and biased and leaning to mysogynist. Wear tight pants and go to golf or poker game to find love. You won't find love at a book club. Married in a year because she wore tight leggings and found them at golf or poker. Doesn't mean the marriage is based on love. Yikes.

Thank you so much for making this video. I am in Marisa's I Am Enough program which will end for me in January, it is excellent. I will be training with Marisa in April 2020 in Miami to become a RTT therapist, I am so excited. When I heard on a webinar with Marisa that she was coming to Miami I just about lost my mind, I live in Florida just 6 hours from Miami, I don't have to buy a plane ticket and then rent a car, just throw my suitcase in my vehicle and drive. You both did an excellent job with the questions asked and answered. I am enough. I am lovable. I am grateful. Debbie

Aloha Nicole. It's also very powerful to write down "I AM ENOUGH. I AM LOVABLE. I AM AMAZING." You can also RECORD this fabulous positive life-affirming statements on your phone and computer and play them as much as possible. Look in the mirror, into your eyes and tell yourself: Nicole, I love you. Nicole, I love and appreciate you. Nicole, I love you unconditionally. I cried when I first started this mirror work because growing up no one ever told me that they loved me. Today, I can say it and feel happy and hug myself. BECOME your own best friend and your Self-love will attract many loving new friends to you.

So true. Kids need at least one person that believes in them and is there for them. Make a world of difference. I remember the few times in my childhood when there was an adult that believed in me and did not judge me negatively. It gave me enough hope and confidence to overcome my abusive family and to realize that their problems had nothing to do with me.

Faith it until you make it. Fake it until you make it. In the meantime, I'm a great pretender. I guess better than a bad pretender. This interview is so refreshing. Wow! Mike actually invested time into his topic, and thank you for admitting that it took you awhile to sink in. I took "Touch for Health" and have been using muscle testing to uncover sources of allergies, phobias, depression, reasons why. What Marisa said rings true for most of us.
Misinterpretations of events that happened and also not happened. I watched a show where the "geek" from high school came on the show, all success & buffed at 30 years old. The girl he had a crush on ignored him and hurt his feelings horribly. She was in the audience, married with children. OMG she said. I remember you. I was not ignoring you, nor knew much about you. I was so busy with classes, keeping my grades up and practicing as a cheerleader that I did not have much time for anything else.

That’s awesome and good but imagine someone not being able to understand God love like you do. Your statement makes that person feel inadequate. And that is not God’s teaching. So I would suggest that you mention how Jesus is so good to you rather than making blanket statements like the one you just said.

Jesus is badass but you don't understand understand that. He shook up the world by challenging the status quo. He disobey the BS rules cultural rules. He was powerful. So if want to "follow Jesus" you should be a badass yourself.

Look at Jesus sayings He spoke truth and truth is not mushy sentimental crap. He told the Pharisees you are just empty tombs he told them they were dead inside that they had no inkling of God That's not sentimental that was offensive Jesus offended people with his truth so if I offend you oh well good thing bad thing who knows but I understand that Jesus was not afraid to speak the truth.
