Not sure about the ins and outs of the whole thing, but she was involved in Emma's fire bowl project with Cava, and at some point Claire and the Dessert Person team (who have been aware Emma loves Claire since last year) came on board. Not sure who reached out to who first about collabing though.

Forgive me I’m “old” So I just looked Emma up and shes only 20?! I only know her for her coffee brand which I stumbled upon in LA. it is so delicious I thought maybe she was inspired by drinking coffee all of her 20’s while working some corporate job or a undergrad student. I assumed she was just a youthful grown person. Didn’t realize she was an influencer first. Now I’m gonna need a dessert made by Claire paired with Emma’s coffee asap.

I think cutting down on meat is good. Let it be something of a treat, and not a staple. And doing that is good for your health, wallet, and environment.
And there's nothing wrong with vegetarian dishes, they just need to be prepared like a main. A good example is Indian cuisine. A lot of those dishes it doesn't register that it's vegetarian, it's just tasty.
