But there was something magical to seeing Claire get defeated by tempered chocolate and then roar back to knock it out at the end. Totally love the extra educational parts in this version though.
So happy to have these revived. The one aspect that would be great to have back is seeing others try the results. Whether it be the crew, husband or random friends with cooking experience. It was always great seeing peoples reactions to Claire's creations in addition to her tasting notes and analysis.
I still remember all the Claire videos where she looked like she was always 15 seconds from breaking down. I am here for the Claire that is calmer, more in control of her kitchen. This is the content we need in 2024.

I really loved the Gourmet Makes editing, I really didn't like Claire being visibly suffering all the time. 😅 This is great, and I definitely don't mind the less production-heavy editing.
I'm so happy that you've managed to find a way to revive this series after the trauma of Gourmet Makes and BA. You seem a lot more comfortable in this environment being able to recreate stuff and much less stressed over it. I hope this series ends up being something you can just let loose and have a lot of fun with 💖

Yes to Salsa Sun Chips. I don't care for them, because I know they could taste so much better if deconstructed and reconstructed in a small-batch home kitchen. In theory they ought to be lively, punchy, snappy. Claire resetting these, please?
I'll take a tasty treat with a little vanilla color over extra stuff for whitening like titanium dioxide. I always learn something when you turn the kitchen into the lab. This time I learned a bit about buttercream AND how to influence crumb size when making a meringue. Fantastic as always, and it still had to be better than pop rocks!

This is really relaxing to listen to! Looking forward to watching more of these in the future!
100% Agree. It should be faithful - to a point. Like the Drumstick cone size? Doesn't need to be measured with calipers. Zebra Cakes? Right shape and look and composure? Absolutely. A better cake and cream? Why wouldn't you make it better!? Love this, so happy to have it back

Love that this series has made a comeback! That said, I'm missing the subtle jazz background noise. Great animations and overall product though! MORE PLEASE
that "Mmmm" at 22:04 was an amazing editing touch. I could already feel the genuineness from watching Claire but then adding the text on screen really emphasized that the buttercream was gooooood.

I saw this really funny reel the other day, where a page that teaches you Chinese phrases was doing a "packing a suitcase" video, where they have you different phrases about packing, and literally every other step was "remove the cat". 😂
These were my favorite lil debbie snack growing up. This was the kind I'd put in my lunchbox for a treat
Claire should design her own line of little baked snacks. Whether they went in to production or not, it could be a fun challenge. I'd watch!!
I am SO glad this series is back in a much better version
I love that even though she didn’t want to try it (and didn’t like it when she did) she still really tasted every part and was very thoughtful on its construction.
the return of the dramatic music while she's doing a test really healed my soul
Love that this series has made a comeback! That said, I'm missing the subtle jazz background noise. Great animations and overall product though! MORE PLEASE
Oh the joy and happiness I felt. It's such a delight to have Claire go into how things are made and relarking them. Can't wait!
These are my favorite and only Little Debbie treats that I will buy. They are moist, taste like cake with yummy frosting!
I love when you recreate iconic snacks/candies ❤ I watch these after a stressful and long days at work in the kitchen 🥹🥲 keep going!! 😊
I guarantee that the titanium dioxide is used as a white food coloring. It's pretty common in mass-produced baked goods to get that pure white color
And dairy
that "Mmmm" at 22:04 was an amazing editing touch. I could already feel the genuineness from watching Claire but then adding the text on screen really emphasized that the buttercream was gooooood.
Lol I am reminded we grew up in different tax brackets every time Claire does one of these and has no memory of the snack in her childhood
When she said none of her friends ate them 😂 lol can’t relate
God I just love ypu Claire and miss these good old days so much. Watching an artist, scientist and master at work. You can't beat learning from a baking master. LOVE YOU and thank you for making my favorite treats ever, even though they have 100 ingredients!!!
I missed these so much! Claire, you’re so smart! I love watching your mind work! I’ve said it before, but I would love if you made some recipe building and testing videos. I’d love to see your thought process when it comes to creating your own stuff!
More than our suggestion, i think we would prefer seeing you recreate your favourite snacks. You having fun is indeed viewer's choice 😁
I misses this series on the channel we don't talk about. Miss the chaos and diverse colleagues. Now let's (and let me) move on and enjoy Claire Recreates!!
“But mostly, there’s just a lot of stuff in here that I don’t want to eat” is so relatable 😂
So happy this series exists again. Nutty Buddy would be cool to see.
star crunch would be a good idea to remake.I'm not sure how you would make it healthier. But claire always finds a way
YES! please more of this, make this a series.
I would 100% be down for a Star Crunch recreate, one of my favorite childhood snacks. Very simple too, basically just a chocolate rice krispy in the shape of a cookie XD
She brought back the parenthesis/close parenthesis bit! Life is good again!!! 😄
40:14 ohh, how wholesome and supportive Vinny and Cal are, I love it!
I am so happy this series is back 😭
