I don’t really like the idea of Megas coming back. Sure, some of the designs are cool, and some Pokemon like Mawile and Beedrill made them better overall, but then again, it made competitive very unbalanced, with overpowered Megas and the Primals. And let’s not talk about Mega Rayquaza.

Surfing from sun+moon and for Pokemon to be used to help you overcome obstacles. Love the rotom bike but Pokemon with where we are now shows they are much more involved and too involved to solely rely on a bike with some upgrades to traverse the region.
QOTD: Not so much of an addition, but I wish the all the trainers in the All Star Tournament had level 100 pokemon. It would've made it slightly more interesting, since getting level 100 pokemon now is very easy.
SW and SH should have brought back the Pokemon World Tournament of the B2/W2. Seeing past gym leaders (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos) or Kahunas (Alola) with new Pokemons with Dynamax feature will be great!
QotD More dynamic movement in battles, for flying pokemon to not be constantly flying all the time (Yes I've seen ForgottenKingdom's vids on it, but I watched *because* the issue annoyed me), the return of megas, no more dynamax (it's boring and just another take on the same/similar gimmick of megas), more customisation options for player trainers, customisation options for player pokemon, while it might be a big undertaking I'd like to see pokemon actually have their held item on them in battles (optionally), the chance to do the gyms in any order with the gym leaders having different teams based on average pokemon level, over world pokemon (Let's Go SWSH style) to be optional, difficulty options, Nuzlocke mode.
DAMN made me wish we had an evolution for the last kanto Ogre in sinnoh Like magmar and electabuzz but sadly didn’t cous the jynx controversy would’ve resurfaced

You should ditch Expanding Force for Wake-Up slap, that way you don’t wake up Heatran before fainting it. Plus you can pick up Attack boost in dynamax .
Qutd: I would l8ke to have the old online-battles back as well as a friemdsystem that allows you to battle together or against each other or to queue together for raids/adventures. Maybe the second thing would be the GTS

QOTD: Z-moves, mega evolutions, gts in game and not through phone, triple battles, rotation battles, a PWT set up like B2W2 cause the galar star tourney sucks, all the pokemon, and a hard and easy mode revamped from B2W2 that you can select in the beginning of your adventure with out needing both versions completed to unlock, and if there really can be one or two gimmicks a gen at least make new forms and moves for MULTIPLE pokemon instead of just 2-5 per dlc patch. Basically at least 5 of these things would make these games better, we're 6 years + into 3d pokemon games, PTC has the money to expand and hire innovation. Brought to you by whiny fan whomever the hell #etc, I'm saying sword/shield are decent but thats not cutting it anymore.
