@@172-e5s in West Virginia rusty vehicle’s are a normal occurrence especially if we have had several snowy winters in that vehicles life, for some reason they still dump thousands of tons of salt (I’ve heard other places with strong winters have better solutions for road treatment but I don’t know exactly what). Here in this state packing that salt under your vehicles rapidly accelerates the rust and corrosion so it doesn’t matter what you drive they all have equal opportunity to rust out young. Yes Toyota has a few years of bad frames guess someone cut corners on the steel used. But the company made right on it and what other manufacturers would go as far as totally swapping a frame? If there are others I would love to know just for gaining the knowledge because I honestly have never heard of anyone else offering such.

We have a 2001 Sequoia with around 216,000 miles and it's the best vehicle we've ever owned! We actually get 16mpg in town. The thing also tows like a dream. When we go camping and haul our pop-up, most of the time you don't even realize it's back there until you check your mirrors. It's one of the few SUV's on the market that has enough room in the third row for adults to sit comfortably. They're hard to find on the secondary market because folks like me drive them until the wheels fall off. They are SUPURB vehicles!

UP DATE you can't buy just the plastics piece you have to buy the whole latch. I got mine on Ebay for $156.37 + tax from Frontier Toyota in Ca. Over the counter it's $210 to $220.

Bought my 2004 Sequoia 4WD, 154,000 miles 3 months ago from a one owner private seller. Paid $4000 (guy wanted $4500). Like this one mine is in VGC but is the basic SR5 first generation model so doesn't have the leather seats and sunroof, also mine has a timing belt and has less power than this one. The one I have is also more dated looking than this, especially when you compare the dash displays. $8,000 is overpriced but you can expect this if buying from a dealer, but at least also you're getting piece of mind, the engines and transmissions are bulletproof and you can easily expect to get 400,000 miles with no problems. I bought mine with an expired inspection sticker so took a bit of a gamble but I really wanted it and knew if I didn't buy that afternoon then someone else would! The guy had a huge house and a brand new Sequoia in his garage so knew he had a genuine reason for sale, he just never got round to having it inspected! To get mine through inspection it needed a small amount of work including a new section of exhaust and suspension bush, this along with the inspection cost me less than $500 so am really pleased. This car is definitely a keeper, great for utility and recreation/weekend toy, although would not recommend for a long commute because of low MPG, we have another daily runner for that!
P.S. The compartment you show with the coin storage is also very useful for a handgun, mine fits perfectly, lol!

Tennessee is beautiful, I would stay away from Nashville, traffic is horrible, but that’s where I go for my music shows. I live on Lookout Mtn Ga.(above Chattanooga,Tn) It’s the Boulder Colo. of the east, if your into outdoor sports; hiking, bicycles, trail running, kayaking, rock climbing, etc.
We also have the fastest internet in the world. Great food selection, love our local fares, moved here 25 plus years ago and the only way I’m leaving is in a pine box. East Tennessee has the widest variety of trees in North America, over 200 different salamanders in our creeks and streams, wildlife abounds.

Has 3 row seating, and everything this does, huge sunroof, 3.8 liter V6 (so it gets better mileage) that makes great power. I paid 2k for it 3 years ago. The only reason I would go with Sequoia is if I needed to tow. It has given me very little trouble since owning it.
