What's up big Jeff, I'm looking forward to buying 4 of these speakers for my wifes 21 Honda Type R. What do you recommend for as far as a amp to power these speakers. These beautiful speakers take 225 watts RMS Damm sounds like I need something bigger then a 800x4 stetsom or taramps amp.

The black diamond is has more depth to me and it sounds more immersive than the Pioneer.
The Orion 65.2 coaxial if you want some nice bass. Only 60 rms so take it easy. Clear and crisp sound.

Either I'm missing something on this review, but it had no true specs on speakers he was displaying, how much power was he sending, how much rms handling each speaker, how much max watt can they handle...
Should put that Black Diamond against the h yanka 6.5, it sounded good last time U had it on there. And what kinda amp you use or rms do you use?

whats up! what amp would you recommend with these Black Diamond speakers? I have a factory bose amp right now in my suburban. I'm replacing my 4 factory door speakers with these speakers and possibly a subwoofer later down the road. thanks!
Go with the black diamond amp too keep it with the family. Its going to sound better. Just add the Audioquest rca's cables to get more depth in your sound system.
D4S JP23⁴ four channel amp = 234w RMS to each speaker. Youll be loud
@@Luminous.Dynamics I wouldn't recommend this amp as you be running it almost at it's max to get full juice out of these speakers. I would recommend a taramps 2000x4 or stetsom high line 2000.4
@@DayV914 Nope. They do 230w+ rms per channel, it'll work just fine for them. Personally I run mids that are way more sensitive (Deaf Bonce Sylvester) so even at 230w rms per, probably louder than these BD XT6 on more power
@@Luminous.Dynamics they're not louder at all your sylvesters are only 130watt rms speakers while the black diamond are 96db+ and higher wattage. So this means the black diamond will be louder than yours for sure.
Black diamond sound great.. have alpine in my fiance car and it's sounds like that pioneer is not for me.. And the tweeter on the speaker keep blowing..., need clarity and the black diamond has it.
