Lol I'ma bok through and through.. The boks are the Manchester United of world rugby in that they almost make it hard for themselves.. So the win is that much sweeter at the end.. Eventually figuring out how the play needs to adjust to win the game/conditions/occasion (obviously United aren't at the top of the world anymore but there's a spirit that is within both dynasties that just never says die) and staying humble is another trait I've noticed the best is a feature in great teams.. Together with supreme confidence

After seeing New Zealand miss two penalties that could've easily won them the final, I came to realise how difficult it must've been for him to score them every time under that pressure and appreciate this guy more.

I couldn't watch the final penalty kick from Pollard. First time I've ever done that, had to leave the room and came back in afterwards to see he'd got it. That was the most stressful game of the WC I think, mostly because it would have been so terrible to lose to England.
I love how the Bokke players celebrated at the moment the scrum penalty was called at minute 76. They knew Pollard was good for the kick. He'd have hit it from 100 meters if he'd had to. 49 was a breeze. The Golden Boot.
Had Willie Wallie in the 52nd minut decided to hold onto the ball instead of kicking ..the game could have had a more relaxed ending...Farrell kicked his drop goal in the 53rd.
Give credit where credit is due. England really brought it to us in spades. They played the conditions expertly and Steward was an absolute rock at the back. Well done, England. I am so proud of our Springboks for their heart. We are very proud of you Siya and team❤

I could not watch the games, I listened it over the radio and it sounded like the Spingboks never played as well as the other teams and were lucky to have made it to the final, and won. Until I actually saw the games om TH-cam and realized how great we were I am so proud of our team and cannot stop watching the games 😘
To have played the five teams South Africa played, there is no doubt they are the greatest tournament team of all time. They wouldhave given the All Blacks 2015 big headache because of their defensive plays. Amazing Springboks to find ways to win no matter what, that is a trait of a great team.

I said to my wife during the game when we were 6-15 down with 14 odd minutes to play, us South Africans don't take lying down and admitting defeat very well. At the time, neither of us knew if the Boks would be able to overturn the deficit. But overcome it they did, because THEY knew, even if we didn't. And that's why they are world champs. Because they never stop believing.
I hated this game. England were better than us. I wanted a statement win vs them. Just to make the 2019 final hurt more. But I can’t be greedy. Stealing the game at the end makes it that sour sweet better.
Non-saffa Bok fan here. Have watched this replay over 20 times. I wasn't able to watch the game live but had always wanted to watch the replay simply because it was a smash-and -grab win and from what I gather was the most stressful of all 3 knockouts in terms of SA fans -anxiety vs final relief 😂 . I couldn't care less that it was a sloppy win given the Boks' game plan didn't work as it was the same game plan the England employed. Finally managed to watch the full game via rugbypasstv. England are by far the best rugby team in the northern hemisphere. I don't care what you guys say. They are the only ones who consistently get to the semis and to the final. Yeah sure they lose because they play against SA or NZ but they are the northern hemispheres best hope of winning a world cup. The strong grip NZ and SA have on the world cup is unmatched. Since 2007 the world cup has either went to SA or NZ the rest of the teams just go there to participate shame.
