    Great, I have been using the snow pusher on my ck 3510. Have been learning to use it, first winter for the pusher, 3rd for the tractor, pusher is better than bucket for most of cleanup.

    Nice set of attachment for your tractor which will come in handy for all the work that you have to do on the farm. You will have to build a shed of some sort to put all your gear in, will be looking forward to that video coming up one day. Great videos Adam keep up the good work mate

    I bought a new DK5310 se and I love it. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I had the linked pedal installed and it's awesome.

    • @HometownAcres
      @HometownAcres  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ve never used a link pedal but I’ve heard good things. I’ve never really understood how it’s better. I feel like controlling your RPMs with the idle lever is the better way to go. I feel like it doesn’t make sense to have your RPMs drop when you let your foot off the HST pedal if you are still raising or lowering the loader. What am I missing?

    • @meehd01
      @meehd01 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@HometownAcres it depends on what you are doing but I am mostly moving logs or dirt. Its a lot better when moving stuff like that because you don't need a high throttle all the time and it saves a lot of fuel. If you are mowing then just flip the lever and it turns the linked pedal off. I can work faster with the link pedal.

    • @jasoncline4383

      jason cline i wish I had gotten rear remotes on mine. The grapple on the front though is pretty sweet. I just took a ranger ride through the woods and saw I had a tree down on one of the trails. Without the grapple that would take me atleast an hour to cleanup but now it’ll be like 5 minutes

    • @jasoncline4383

    Thanks for the video Adam. I have a Kioti NX5010. It is a work horse. I love it. I have a bush hog, a tiller, forks, 7ft snow plow and the bucket. You make me want to get a grapple. I do a fair amount of firewood that grapple "wood" be nice:)

    Great video Adam. Are you looking to eventually get more attachments for the tractor ? Between watching your videos and Mike Morgan’s clips if I was to ever get a tractor it would most definitely need to have a grapple.......those things are amazing. Keep up the great content and I look forward to your next video. Stay safe.

    • @HometownAcres
      @HometownAcres  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah. One thing I’d really like to get is a 12 foot batwing mower for my field. I could have it done in 3 hours instead of 8 haha. They’re like $10,000 though so I’ve got some saving to do

    • @williamwilson6887
      @williamwilson6887 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hometown Acres - The field is looking a lot better this year after cutting it all last summer. If you keep finding firewood scores like you have been you may end up needing all of that space !! Take care

  • @strengthchain
    @strengthchain 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hey, I see you have a grapple. Can you still use a backhoe? I was at the bobcat dealer today, and they said that it wasn't possible to do both. I wondered if that meant at the same time, or not at all.

  • @cutweldngrind
    @cutweldngrind 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I was looking at the 3510 but been thinking on the 2610 to avoid the regen stuff. I really want a tractor with a grapple.

    • @HometownAcres
      @HometownAcres  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The regen doesn’t bother me at all. If that is your only reason for going with the 2610 I would go with the 3510.

    • @cutweldngrind
      @cutweldngrind 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@HometownAcres I should get a call back tomorrow to find out what inventory they have. The 3510 was my first choice so glad it's nothing to worry about.

    • @HometownAcres
      @HometownAcres  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@cutweldngrind mine regens usually about every 35 hours or so. sometimes it’ll do it while I’m brush hogging or something so I don’t even skip a beat. Sometimes it’ll start right as I’m about to shut the tractor off and I’ve gotta let it run and do it’s thing for 10 minutes. Not that big of a deal. I’ve got 350 hours on mine now so I’ve probably been through 10 regens
