What a wonderful video! Love the stitching journal. I started one for me cross stitch for each piece I stitch has a story and memory to go with it. Love your Dear Jane quilt! Absolutely beautiful. Taking my Coraliss project on vacation in a couple of weeks. Just love the story of the two girls. Can’t wait to see what you are going to do with the half square triangles.
Susan, I look forward to all that you have to show every single time. I love your stories and the projects that you are creating to bring those two 1870s girls to life. Thanks for this video (and for all of them).
Hello Emily, it’s always great to hear from you and I’m so glad you’re enjoying the series. The adventures keep coming, so stay tuned as I know you will.❤
Susan, Always such a delight to watch your videos!! Your Dear Jane quilt is spectacular!!! I can’t imagine the amount of work that went into that !!! Love the stories of your girls and the stitching you create to go along with them ! So glad to hear about the symposium in November. I signed up as a virtual attendee as well ! 😊
Thank you so much! I’m delighted that you will be watching the symposium and I will send you a virtual wave😂. So glad we can find each other in this world full of technology and share things that we love.!!!
I love my Corliss fob! She's on my amazing Lu&Su bag keeping me company as I sit and stitch - your stories about Corliss and Pharaby are so enjoyable, fully fleshed out and bring history to life. And your Dear Jane is beyond amazing, what more can I say? It was a privilege to get to see it in person.
Oh Katie , thank you so very much! I am glad you are enjoying the stories and your new fob…. It’s just wonderful to know that you’re out there watching and sharing in the adventure of Stitching in the 1900s❤
as always your videos are inspirational ....can I ask how you stitched your Dear Jane...was it epp? I have the kit and cannot decide which way to make it.....
@@susanstandleystitchintime that's what I was debating on....I think the smaller pieces are not right for epp, it seems like it is too bulky. I am going to try your method for the doll blanket for the small pieces of the block...thanks for all your inspiration 🥰🥰
I'm working on Corliss's quilt now. I love hearing all your stories--please keep them coming. Another great video! Thanks!
