1) study in a lighted room bring a study lamp it's most useful 2) study in a well ventilated room and get exposed to fresh air Use eye drops it helps a lot Which is chemical free 3) get early morning and get to bed early In our brain there is pineal gland which controls circardian rhythm regulated by melatonin and serotonin and in night melatonin is more produced And in day it's production decreases so go to sleep early and get at around 6:00am because around 2-3am melatonin production decreases 4) eat before 7:30 eating 2hrs before sleep helps you to be awake till 11:30 and u will feel hungry again at 11:30 again 5)take power nap of 15-20mins it's helps a lot 6) do not study on bed or sofa or deewan or dining table study in studying table 7) do not study difficult topics at night 8) keep ur self well hydrated because cell may lose water and enzymes cannot be used and produce ATP 9) when u are studying write and study like orangic chemistry and numerical and others 10) when u are studying keep ur table clean and when ur are studying study one subject and keep only one subjects book near for ex if ur are studying bio don't keep physics and chemistry books nearby 11) eat healthy food and ground nuts and cashew nuts

When I am studying at night there is more peaceful atmosphere & there is no distractions. I can't concentrate & focus when I am studying in the early morning. So I think studying time may vary according to the student. Some are more interested to study at day while some others are more interested to study at night...
