Mera phone pocket se gir gaya aur thoda sa pani uske ander chala gya Uske baad headphone mode chalu ho gaya pata nahi kaise Awaj aana bund ho gya tha toh maine phone ko 8/9 bar restart kiya lekin fix nahi huwa. Then maine phone ko 1 bar hard reset aur 1 bar setting se reset kiya lekin fix nahi huwa Finally app download kar ke aawaj aana chalu huwa. Lekin abb bhi earphone ka icon uper aa raha hai aur khusi ki khaabar gaane baj rahe hai. Thank you so much sir Nahi toh kal shop pe jane wla tha mein Dil se sukriya❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fun fact:just get a tisue roll it up and clean the earphone plugs on your phone done it worked for me
I just cleared headphone jack then test with headphone app
After this i just restart my phone and then issue is resolved
