Then my trombone went to sleep in the cellar for a while until my son and one of my daughters started playing it. Now they have their own instruments and are passionate musicians in bands. My old trombone is pretty rotten after having gone through many hands, but call it a coincidence or destiny: last week I found a trombone on a flea market for very little money. Now it is mine and I have started playing the trombone again - after 40 years. And your videos are just the right motivation and support I need. Thank you!

Anyone who may see this, I need help from a fellow trombone player. No matter what I try to do with my mouth shape or how much I slack my jaw, I can’t get that nasty kinda buzzing sound to go away. My playing just does not sound smooth at all. I’ve been playing since 5th grade, now halfway through my second year of college.
