I hear that. I was in an SUV before I transitioned to a small van (the RAM version of Bunny's van). I use a small, rectangular decorative pillow case (with no pillow inside) and stuff it with spare sheet, throws, and pillow cases. I've found using small decorative pillow cases in this way to be a great space saver. The things we do for our pups! :)

Good to see you Riley! Been a bit. You’re looking good. As it turns out, vanlife will only be short trips. Since being in UT I’ve replaced my left knee, left shoulder and a partial hip replacement. Moving around in the van is difficult. I enjoy watching you and Bunny with your adventures. My cat, BuddyBear passed this April and now I have 2 cats. I got them when they were 2 years old. Not to sure how travel will affect them. So I’ll just be taking short trips. Currently looking for a pet sitter. I may do some day trips with them to accumulate them to being in the van. I’m currently starting Handmade by Sandi 512 that I’ll be sharing my crafts with. I am so sorry to hear Tyson is not feeling well. I’m familiar with the joy(?) of a sick pet. Clean up is a pain besides worrying about your baby. Hope he is feeling better. Great to see you again!
I’m glad he is ok. How scary! Yes LA traffic is crazy. Times can increase 4x if you hit it wrong. Btw, it’s perfectly legal for the motorcyclists to drive between the cars on the freeway. You get used to it.

Occasionally, my dog will hock up a grass ball in our bed in the wee hours, ick! (But fairly easy to clean) But one week (my dog is on a semi-raw, whole foods diet) I fed a raw chicken wing that was a day past "ripe", and she got sick, poor baby. Up several times during the night for runny stools, and vomiting too. Fortunately, she was able to wake me each time, and it ran it's course in a few days, without medical intervention.

I have had my pet very long, Lady 😍 Picked her up from the animal shelter in April. I've been struggling with her diet ever since. She looks like Tyson 😊 I now feel her meals that I make for her at home. That i am retired allows me the time and energy to focus on that. Anyway have a good time here in So. CAL

tyson actually does fake it sometimes...lol. he is sneaky and will guilt you into doing what he wants by "acting" he has done it to us so many times on the road it is impossible unless he actually shows signs that he is sick for real.... like he will look at riley after being in my van perfectly fine and start uncontrollable shaking or acting like he is ill.. then hops back into my van unphased ...lol.. he is an actor unfortunately...lol
My emergency pee cup cracked before I could dump it and it went all over my lap, car seat cushion and seat. I washed my pants by hand and covered my seat with a sheet to soak it up. Now I need to wash my cushion and sheet. Maybe at camp this week. It really stunk... literally 😂😂😂

My little girl..13 years old...the other night while I was asleep....walked up on my chest and let go runny hot mess!!!😢😢 thank god shes only 5 pounds... that went on all day!! She's fine now
My little boy Tank had some bad teeth n the vet here in town wanted to charged over $1,000 to have them removed we found a vet a few towns away and only charged us a little over $300 to remove three teeth get a rabie shot and medication

I took my sick fur baby to the vet for an eye infection and it was $240.00+ visit (I cant afford to have anymore fur babies.)
