Chantal from CCW events just did my wedding in July in Kingston and she was absolutely incredible and made the day completely effortless. I would highly recommend you reach out to her also Kingston flower market did my flowers and Paula was a dream to work with and priced so reasonably
Congrats from Vancouver BC!!! Soo exciting!!!!! We’re wedding filmmakers and would be STOKED to capture y’all’s wedding if you need a videographer still!!!❤❤
I am a wedding planner, and while I can't help because I don't live in Canada, Just two tips. 1. Do the things that matter to you and do not let anyone tell you what you "need" to have. With one exception 2. The one exception is INSURANCE. You NEED to check your property insurance and check if you need extra coverage for an event with alcohol, because if something happens and they decide it was not covered under normal home insurance you may get into trouble. Apart from that, have the best day ever!!
@@andreahidalgolujan7029 I know from past when having gatherings. If you are having someone come in and serve alcohol under a permit there is insurance you purchase when you go after you get your liquor permit you can purchase insurance for the day. And that's in our province where we both live Ontario
Bridal seamster here, be sure to “test drag” a drape of similar train fabric on the wooden steps and deck. You don’t want to get stuck here and there on splinters or nails and screws. You’ll need to bustle the train to floor length for dancing. A beautiful way to alter the gown is to have a removable train to make the active part of the day easier, no bustles needed then. Bless your beautiful relationship and the darling Frankie, Oso too. Congratulations!!🎉❤🎶🎂🥂
After almost 20 years as a day of wedding director my favorite piece of advice for brides is to pause before walking down the aisle. When you get to the top of the aisle, STOP. Take a few seconds to soak it in. Look at him, look at those there to celebrate with you, and look back at him. Once you start actually walking down the aisle it all goes so quickly, so take those few seconds to be intentional, in the moment, and soak it in.
Someone gave me that advice so at our wedding our minister said just that. To turn around and look at all your family and friends that came to celebrate our wedding.
👋Max! We’re all gonna need an Occy❤ fix soon because we’re going into digital withdrawal. Sooo…see if you can snag some Occy cam from back home for us as sort of an Occy patch.
Bathrooms!!! that’s the one thing no one thinks of. If possible rent them. Ughhh this brings my heart so much joy. Especially with MY wedding this week!
This is actually a really good suggestion, especially considering they're gonna at least partly be on a dock and on the water. Have plastic cups only, especially considering you can get some surprisingly nice plastic cups these days that look like the real deal but are unbreakable.
The funniest thing was the humorless attendant at the men's clothing store. I love that Eamon loved that Bec's mom hated the dress she chose! Spicy and a necessary independence on Bec's part.
Having a “day of coordinator” is huge when you’re doing the planning yourself! You tell them what you need to happen and they’ll keep everything on schedule and running smooth so you can enjoy the day
I’m a wedding planner specialising in weddings at home 🥰 (I also kicked cancers butt so know how precious these moments are!) happy to help with anything!
Been an event planner in Pennsylvania for the past 10 years. Number 1 rule: there are no rules - your wedding is exactly what YOU want it to be; any "traditions" are more guidelines than actual rules. Other tips: - Pick what's important to you (2-3 things), and focus your energy, time, and money on those things. Let the other stuff fall away. - Make up a cue you can say to each other to take moments during the day to breathe, look around, and be really present. Everything goes so fast. Lock up your memories while you can. - Parking. Maybe consider a bus/shuttle/boat that can pick people up from the cabins across the lake? - Shoes: where do people put them during the party? I did an event where they had cubbies for everyone to put their shoes, purses, cameras, etc. in once the dancing started. They also put the favors in the cubbies for people to pick up as they picked up their shoes to leave. - Put the tent up several days before (usually Wednesday for a Saturday wedding) so the ground isn't wet under the tent. - Plan for travel time in your timeline. Find someone (professional, friend, or family) who helps you stick to schedule. - People want to help you. Have someone who knows where they can help that isn't you - you don't want to be answering questions about logistics when you're trying to have a good time. Your wedding sounds amazing and I while I could go on I don't want to overwhelm. I leave you with this one thing: In the hustle and bustle of planning, don't forget why you're doing it - consider having date nights where you don't talk about wedding stuff. Hubby and I had those once a week to re-connect and really be present with each other. Don't forget to love each other. You got this!
Yay!!!! I've been married to my best friend for 30 yrs!!! He was diagnosed w/pancreatic cancer the same time you were diagnosed, he's a fighter like you, love love love ❤️
Hi Lisa i have been with my partner for 25 years in December (not married though) I wanted to send you and your husband positivity love and strength from the UK ❤❤❤
I saw the Babysitter option pop up on the planning option and would HIGHLY recommend having one at the wedding for the kiddos- even just a spot for the kiddos to take a break (or a rotating volunteer crew). I did that for a couple of weddings when I was in college and it honestly was the best thing that I would never have thought of! Kids could come and go as they or their grownups wanted to, we had snacks, plenty of games (a Wii with Mario Kart and Party ready to go), books, age appropriate toys, a changing table- anything you could think of and the kids didn't feel left out (and it gave their parents a peace of mind even if it was just for like a 20 minute visit).
This is awesome! The only thing that comes to mind, from my own wedding experience, is having a solid backup option for people to watch from the top in case they can't handle those stairs. Elderly, pregnant, or injured guests may need extra accessibility consideration, which might come up last minute.
I’m about to turn 50 and have never been married or in a very long term relationship…, whew. Being able to witness your guys journeys together is so heart warming and gives me hope knowing this kind of love is real and possible! Thank you so much for sharing!❣️🙏🏼🙏🏼✨ So much love and many more blessings ahead for your beautiful family!
"Now it is official, I have a brother." "It feels so right and so special." "Oso, you don't understand the rules." Favorite quotes. So happy for your tribe and can't wait to see more. Thanks for sharing.
My love and I postponed a wedding due to the pandemic, then an unexpected foster child and now breast cancer. I am looking forward to being on the other side of this battle and celebrating our love with a wedding. ❤
As someone who had my wedding at my house I highly recommend getting every project done at least a week before your wedding and hiring extra help for set up. I had my family and 2 other girls set up and decorate. I had one of those girls actually going through and cleaning up plates & trash which helped keep it cleaned up through the night. Have as much ready as you can, me and my husband bought our house a few months prior which is why we ran out of time but it was the day of and we were still doing projects which really sucked because we didn’t get time to enjoy getting ready it was super rushed. It will turn out amazing just make sure you have more help than what you think! Also don’t be afraid to change things as you go, I feel like I liked a style and then a few months later I changed my mind and that’s totally fine! Also as a photographer, can I come photograph your wedding for free, 😂 I would love the chance to meet you both! My last advice is when you are eating dinner take a minute to look around at every detail, that was all your hard work and planning that made it all happen.
Something to consider: the quantity of people your wooden staircase and dock can hold at one time. You do not want to have anything collapse during your weeding 😢 Maybe rent more pontoons to hold everyone safely and it would be a great photo opportunity as well. Congrats!! Foods from the countries you traveled to as a couple would be fun. ❤
Eamon actually suggests this, saying that they need to have a building inspector come out. They also discuss various options for the waterside decks. In other words, it looks as though they have this handled.
I never comment but I’ve been a subscriber for years. The absolute JOY coming from both of you is so palpable. You don’t have to be married to declare love and devotion, and you’ve both already proven that. I’m over the moon for your family ❤ can’t wait!
That suit guy was depressing af like this is this man’s most exciting day and your like a no sense of humour grump what a way to ruin peoples experience. Glad Eamon didn’t let him ruin his fun
I think Tom was annoyed because he can't do much if you're planning to change your bodies. No measurements will be any good. So you could try stuff on to get an idea, but you don't actually have a year to get in shape because your suits will need to be made months ahead
13:23 & 13:50 the tailor is SO over eamon's "antics" (ie just being himself), it's actually hilarious to watch his facial expressions whenever eamon says or does something goofy 😂
Eamon and Bec you guys are so special to many. You guys got me and others through Covid era. I watched y’all guys build a HOME and I watched when things was low and prayed for you (I’m the one that posted that prayer on your instagram that many touched and agreed on Bec’s healing). And I pray that your wedding be the best memory ever for you and your family…and we are family too…I wish rather pray that you will share this moment with us because we love you guys too. All the best and love.
You could get all your flowers from your local farmers market. Perfect season for wild flowers. Candles everywhere decorate the dock in linen. String lights.
What I find so special about the timing is that it’s not a question of if you’ll stay together because time has already proven you’re both there for the long haul. It’s the comfortably you have with each other and all the people in your lives that are truly so important to you guys. Makes it more than just a wedding. It’s a true celebration in life and friendship. Flowers could be tricky depending on your date. Local flower farms carry what’s in season for your growing zone. If you could find a local flower farmer that would be amazing since they aren’t imported flowers and they will not be sprayed with toxins. That’s my 2 cents on flower situation.
Eamon's personality and mannerisms remind me much of my late husband's. I miss that laughter every day most. If you have laughter and love in a marriage you can get through anything! 💗💗
Max looked so Miami Vice in that suit. I cried when Bec cried over her dress. That guy selling the suits was soooo not having it. I just loved every minute of this video, your JOY is what shines thru.
My daughter had an outdoor wedding. The one thing I insisted on was to have a plan in case of rain. My mother would tell you to pray to St Mary, cuz she has been a hostess before and she understands and will give you good weather.
So happy you are finally getting married. I love the bare foot policy because let’s face it everyone will feel so much better not having to wear shoes that are totally uncomfortable for the day. Grounding everyone for the day will definitely make the wedding go with a bang 🎉🎉🎉
Can I just say Bec looks radiant and gorgeous as always, but as a bride perfection. I am so happy for you both and love that you give us a glimpse into your love and life.
Love the three of you and your entire family….have been watching you forever….good luck in your exciting planning. My son got married to his beautiful partner and adopted her son…..finally They got a dessert truck, two food trucks and a mobile washroom….perfect. And we set up two tents and a smaller set up tent linking the two that served coffee and tea……I should mention the theme was circus……the bride wore a very flashy gorgeous dress, wore my veil ( we have been married for 48 years) during the ceremony, once that was over, the veil off and a large feather plume took its place, we had the ring master, top hat and epileps…sooo cool Because it was during Covid they had a friend that converted a barn into the most elegant home with an arch entry hydrangeas everywhere…..then fireworks and a picture screen showing pictures of them as children and so forth. It was a perfect evening……..they changed into comfy sweats after dark….i bought a pop up shower tent for those clothes changes….guys were in the bush stripping off………. Your day and night will be so perfect! I am very excited for both of you. I bought tons of fairy lights for a drop in the dessert tent……then of course like ten to fifteen boxes of those bulb lights strung throughout the eating tent. Bought crappy tables, but once the table cloths were on they were beautiful. decorated the tents with floating decorations from the tent frames, both tents lines with bulbs to light up at night. Because of Covid, everything was outside. Thank you gifts were cotton candy, and. popcorn We had old frames we dangled in the trees where people took pictures standing in them…..so cute….just some ideas….oh my, I am extremely excited………..yay yay yay 💕💕💕💕
Congratulations! This wedding is going to be amazing and your cabin is the perfect location! Bec - thank you for your positive, joyful self. I am one month post cancer surgery and you make this grandma smile - thank you, dear one. Sending smiles right back to you🙂🙂❤
I am your wedding planner and day of coordinator! Decision fatigue is real so I will make sure to help you organize what needs to be thought of and you don’t have to worry about anything except for having fun on the day! Let’s do this thing!!
Frankie is so beautiful. She is almost the spitting imagine of "THE GERBER BABY" on Gerber baby food. So happy for you guys and when you know it's the right dress....you just know! Congratulations 🎉
The proposal in Tanzania had me in tears. As a child my Dad’s job took us from Canada to Tanzania for four years. The best experience of my life. I went back and watched your videos from the Serengeti. Asante sana!! Your wedding will be epic!❤️❤️❤️
My husband and I started dating our senior year of high school, went to different colleges, graduated, had a baby, had another baby, bought a house, got engaged, got married in Mexico with just 20 special ppl by our aides in Mexico and my two boys walked me down the isle. We had another baby in 2021 after years of infertility and multiple miscarries and are moving to the Netherlands summer 2025 (from Michigan) there is literally no rhyme or reason or rule you have to follow any path and whatever path you’re following now will be the perfect path! Honestly having Frankie be at your wedding will be so so special!
As a Dutchy, I want to say: Welcome in advance to our beautiful country :) I hope you'll feel welcome, and happy and loved when you come to love here 😊
My wife and I were married on a dock on the Moon River, honeymooned on the French River, and bought a property on the French River that same year. We have celebrated every anniversary on the French River since then. I am now 64 and love watching your adventures through life. I wish you both as much happiness as we have both had. God bless and take care of you both.
This is so so exciting! So happy you guys have the support you need, it helps so much. I would say you have an amazing location and a year to plan so maybe you could plant some flowers around the yard. This can help with decor and my friend even used her own garden flowers for the bouquets and they were so pretty! The other thing I recommend is trying to walk on the deck with a another dress to make sure it wont get caught. Another thing to consider is rain. It rained at my wedding right when the ceremony started. Pictures came out gorgeous but my feet, veil and dress got so muddy haha It was an experience. At the end of the day, don't allow anyone or anything stress you out the day of the wedding. I was so chill at mine, people thought i was high or drunk, but nah I was just enjoying life! Also take a moment to hang out with your husband right after the ceremony, the wedding day goes by so fast! Many blessings to you both!
Your excitement is contagious! I love how you talked all over each other, dance steps and twirls while walking, and cartwheels! This was a SMILE, SMILE, SMILE video. Love to you both and Frankie and Oso. You all are a terrific family!
My only concern with the wedding on grass is the guest list because it can easily become a mud slide with so many walkers. Also I’d encourage keeping the ceremony nearby the reception as some might not be able to do all the steps to the lake- I’d work around the view. Since you have such great nature, I’d work on saving leaves to cut for confetti than throwing rice (I did a leaf toss for my autumn wedding!) makes for magical touches. I don’t think you need a planner per se but having someone neutral do crowd control helps pass the event stress to someone else on the big day. Congrats on getting your dress already! Get a date set, at least you have the location, and accommodation for guests set!
A no shoes policy. Every one being grounded with the earth . I love and adore this. This life you have created and the unconditional love you two have for eachother and all those close to you .ive been watching since back in 2020. And getting to see so much of what you have been through and the strength and just bravery you guys have . I just went to thank you for sharing your life with the world. I admire you Bec and eamon. sincere GOLD Hearted people 🩶 congrats on finding your soul mate . You two are gorgeous !!
Awe, this was so sweet! Frankie will be the flower girl and Oso will carry the rings. Bec’s brother will be best man! A special wedding with friends and family will happen next year, I cannot wait to see Bec’s dress, and witness your beautiful union!! Save your money and don’t hire a wedding planner. Pick out your flowers at the local florist. Make a list like you always did for van life, you will make everything special with the help of friends and family who have been in this situation before!😊♥️
Love this so much! I was with my husband 11 years before we got married. We are about to celebrate 7 years of marriage on the 16th. Congratulations! ❤🎉
Omg soooo excited for you all! I am a food caterer happy to help cook and with the menu and my son and his partner own a cake business and have had clients in Canada! Let us know we are so down to make all your wedding dreams come true! I’ve been married for 21 years together 25! Love is so amazing! Sending so many blessings to you all! 🙌🏼
So excited for this wedding. I am a retired wedding planner and if I lived in your area I would offer my services for free but unfortunately I live in Alberta. I agree about the insurance because the wedding will be on your property. You would be surprised what you’re liable for. I am excited to see how the plans come together. A big tent on that lawn with twinkle lights everywhere is going to be so beautiful. I love the idea of food trucks but you might run into issues because of your location. If you manage to get one, you will definitely pay a premium for mileage and you might have to pay for full day rental or what they would have earned. You could offer them a shoutout on your channel and they might give you a discount. Who knows sometimes the best advert is a shoutout and show what they can offer. I honestly can’t wait to see Frankie in her outfit and you surrounded by your friends and family. I am beyond excited for you both.
Have a plan B in place in case it rains. Happens way to often when everyone is scrambling last minute due to weather. Plan for every scenario. Congratulations ❤️
I've been married to my person for 33 years now. I planned my wedding in less than 9 months. Planning is easy for me. I'm so happy for both of you and your families!
I was a landscaper for almost ten years and yes! Thank you Eamon it is really hard work moving yards of dirt by wheelbarrow, digging out tree roots, laying sod, and building retaining walls very tuff stuff. Congratulations on your wedding, love your videos!!!
Getting professional help will be the best thing you do for your mental health and so you can enjoy your day to the fullest. The decisions will all be yours but the wedding planner can help guide you to the most successful version of your vision. Congratulations! Can’t wait to see the dress Bec bought. I’m sure it’s stunning. 🥂🍾💙
Don’t put off your wedding for another year. Have it now and as soon as possible. I love your cancer journey. Don’t put anything off for another year. The time is now!❤
Late Spring would be perfect! I'm assuming the weather is at its best at the end of Summer in Canada and Max will be back from Australia for the wedding? They want to prepare their place to make it how they want it which takes time.
I’m not sure about your climate but look up what or if wildflowers grow in your area. Great way to add natural decor 😍 that’s what I’m doing for my backyard wedding
I'm an event planner, not sure how things work in Canada but get EVENT INSURANCE. That is so so important, you don't want to put in a bunch of work then have it shut down. Also if you plan on having loud music make sure to check on the noise ordinance in your area, you don't want to get hit with a fine.
For many reasons I'm so happy for both of you! The love you share, the travel, the land & home, the C word, the new in town home, and know back to the place you both hold so special. The journey has brought you to the one place where peace is in your heart. Eamon & Bec you deserve all the happiness that life has to offer ❤
You guys are from Toronto, so do you know about Mackinac Island in Michigan?? (Between the upper and lower peninsula, forgive me for assuming you would.) I lived there for a bit and so my (now) husband honored me by asking to get married there. His great (ha ha) idea was for me to walk all the way down the loooooong ramp from Fort Mackinaw to the Lilacs in Marquette Park below (so I CAN attest that despite the jitters you WILL be able to walk your stairs). The park event staff said they have had people get married IN the Fort, behind the Fort in the "Somewhere In Time" gazebo, but never anyone walking down the ramp. 17 years ago, I was the first! I asked my little niece and nephew to hand out Leis to all our guests when they arrived at the park (since this was an "Island" wedding), which also allowed me to ensure I got a picture of ALL the guests. With Eamon's "tiki" obsession, that's my idea for you guys, to give out leis. It makes a great keepsake.
Bec’s brother’s speech about having a brother - that really got me. So special. And yes, Frankie is unbelievably adorable - every time I see her, I can’t believe she’s real! Those eyes, those cheeks, that precious mouth - I don’t know how you can stand her beauty on a daily basis. I’m a mom of five and grandma of five, and I know pretty babies when I see them - goodness! ❤❤❤❤❤ Sooo happy for you all! I know your family and friends are over the moon that you’re planning this - can’t wait to see your gown, Bec - I know you will be a total knockout. You have so much fun to look forward to with all the planning! Enjoy!
You are the only TH-cam channel I have kept up with and get excited every time you guys post. Truly admire how far you guys have come, and with so much more to come ✨🤎
We all click so quick ,been following you guys since 4 yrs, love your souls, been through thick n thin and so inspiring, resilience and strength you have is great example for everyone. From Montreal🇨🇦🥰🥳
The problem with being legally married and wedding expenses is that if it doesn't work out, divorces are far more costly and of course, attorneys always benefit the most. Which is something that is morally wrong but "the legal system".
The way I sprinted to my laptop when I saw the video on my phone's TH-cam homepage was epic! Eamon said what we've all been waiting to say! Yes Bec, the placque is yours. We couldn't wait but we did and it's here. Love you guys and your beautifully chaotic perfect lives and as always thanks for taking us along for all the ups and downs of the journey with you. Congratulations again you guys!
So so so excited for this!! I married my best friend/highschool sweetheart, we were together for almost 11 years when we got married. Everything was so much more special for waiting. We also got married by the water. Our wedding was a grass patch when we started! Start buying generators! We used like 9, also have your meal catered, cupcakes worked really well for being outside, get lots of string lights, we used tiki ones as well and just enjoy the whole process. We planned ours in 9 months, you got this! It'll be BEAUTIFUL!
I’m so happy for you two! Bec, you looked STUNNING in every single dress you tried on! I can’t wait to see which one you chose-and your girls were right, you do just know when it’s the one and I’m so glad you had that moment. I’ll never forget having mine! 🥰Loved seeing the cameo of Craig & Aimee from Kinging It! Sending lots of love from Oklahoma, USA! 💛🫶☀️
It’s about time!!! (I mean that as I’m so glad life has finally settled down enough for you to have your special day.) So happy for you guys! You’ve been through so much and appreciate the way you share your ups and downs. Love what you’ve done with the cabin and property. What a special place to get married!
You looked beautiful in every single wedding dress Bec! Can't wait to see the one you picked! Max should be your flower girl! Please pick Max! That would be hilarious! Love seeing Bob Jr! Frankie looks just like her grandpa! Congratulations on finally setting a wedding date!
So excited for you! Please add a backup plan for WEATHER - rain/ wind event. And, medical emergency/first aid considering all the liabilities around steps & water/boats. Best wishes!
Bec, every single dress you put on looked stunning! Seriously, just beautiful!! Regardless of which one you choose, Eamon is going to cry like a girlie-girl ... in the best of ways. So happy for you both. You are a perfect pair.
I got married about 2 and a half months ago to my human - we've been together for 18 years and they are the best ❤ Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for. Everything happens at the right time, the universe knows. Congratulations 🎉
@@jj-if6it where do you think the children on tv come from? lol They have laws about it that protect the income the child makes. Its not a bad gig to save up for college
😩😩💗💗💗 you guys 💞💞💞 I really believe we all cry our eyes out watching this bc you guys show so much love for one another and been through so much together, you more than anyone deserve this day to celebrate all the love!!! 🥂✨🩷 BIG hugs and CAN’T wait
Congratulations! 🎉 Thank you guys for sharing your lives. Your videos prompted me to get checked and my doc found very early stage breast cancer. Your positivity and strength makes an amazing difference in this world and the lives you touch. Love you guys ❤
Oso the supervisor, Frankie with daddy wrapped around her little finger, Eamon just being Eamon… and Bec, “what about me?” …. All of you are just special! ❤❤❤
Thanks for “THE INVITE!” I look forward to sharing in your very special day! Bec I pray for you every single day. You are manifesting the life you want and taking the personal steps to be ready to receive it!🕊♥️🕯

Make it something that will create wonderful memories. And for god's sake, have fun with it. Congrats Guys ! ❤❤it's been long overdue. You are soul mates. OMG YAY!! Use Wood flowers!! You’ll be able to keep them forever! We gifted our centerpieces to loved ones! We used a business local to us but there might be one by you! Sola wood flowers are a great choice too! Or you can buy the flowers, dye them, and arrange them yourself. Great gift for the bridal party, parents, etc! Another fav we did was wood floral pocket squares. Stayed in the pocket all night, no hassle!!

With one exception 2. The one exception is INSURANCE. this all day. online trolls already reported them for creating that stairwell without proper permits. imagine the debauchery that would ensue?
Very sound advice 🤗
Absolutely the best advice, both getting the insurance as well as just having a great time and not worrying about the small stuff!
@@andreahidalgolujan7029 I know from past when having gatherings. Best advice right there! How thoughtul and caring of you to mention it!
Bro doesn't even need to write a speech what he said about his sisters and eamon being his brother now was beautiful
Came here to say exactly this! He already nailed it, that’s his speech!
Had me 🥺🥲
Totally!
BRILLIANT SUGGESTION
Wow! Excellent suggestion.
Great suggestions about the dress on the deck and about pinning the dress up (with a bustle) or making the train removable. I hope she sees this.

This! As a photographer, your wedding photographer will also be able to snag a better photo if you aren't rushed.
Such great advice!!
Someone gave me that advice so at our wedding our minister said just that. To turn around and look at all your family and friends that came to celebrate our wedding.
Excellent advice…I didn’t do this and in retrospect it was a blur!
This is what a wedding should be! A celebration of a successful relationship that stands the test of time, growth and struggles. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Best Day Ever coming up in 2025!! So glad I've already got my suit sorted. Let's get it pandas 💪🏼
👋Max! We’re all gonna need an Occy❤ fix soon because we’re going into digital withdrawal. Sooo…see if you can snag some Occy cam from back home for us as sort of an Occy patch.
Can’t wait to see the results! You guys are already SO sexy that it will be amazing!
Hey Max!
Listen that orange suit they made you wear was 👌🏻
Hello Max! Lovely have 2 videos today ❤❤
Bathrooms!!! that’s the one thing no one thinks of. If possible rent them. Ughhh this brings my heart so much joy. Especially with MY wedding this week!
THIS is some of the best advise especially for an outside wedding!
I went to a wedding that had fancy, clean, non sticky, Flushable portable toilets and sinks
YES! Bathrooms! Congratulations on your wedding!
Agreed. You can rent a trailer with really nice bathrooms. No portapotti!!😅
@@poulaivens5651 I was honestly so impressed by the ones I used. They were cleaner and nicer than toilets at most restaurants, stores, or venues.
Congrats! One major suggestion is not allowing glass! I was barefoot dancing at a wedding and cut my foot open with a broken glass!
This is actually a really good suggestion, especially considering they're gonna at least partly be on a dock and on the water. Have plastic cups only, especially considering you can get some surprisingly nice plastic cups these days that look like the real deal but are unbreakable.
Another suggestion would be to wear shoes! ;-)
Glass on grass is less likely to break. "plastic" glasses at a wedding?
The funniest thing was the humorless attendant at the men's clothing store.
I love that Eamon loved that Bec's mom hated the dress she chose! Spicy and a necessary independence on Bec's part.
I was thinking the same about the men’s attendant ! 😂
@@mirandam5194Tom was having none of it
Having a “day of coordinator” is huge when you’re doing the planning yourself! You tell them what you need to happen and they’ll keep everything on schedule and running smooth so you can enjoy the day
I second this
I agree!
Excellent communication and someone in charge.
This is what a wedding should be! A celebration of a successful relationship that stands the test of time, growth and struggles. CONGRATULATIONS!!! 🎉❤
OMG! YOUR DAUGHTER COULDN'T BE CUTER! SHE IS PRECIOUS!
Other tips:
- Pick what's important to you (2-3 things), and focus your energy, time, and money on those things.
ALso, have a clean up crew that isn't you! ANd that isn't directed by you!
Totally cried my eyes out hearing Bec's brother talk about Eamon! Cannot wait for your big day... your whole family deserves the best! 🫶

Give him raw lemon juice, tumeric and garlic. It kills cancer❤
Maybe turn the cabin beside the reception into that rest/play spot
This is awesome! The only thing that comes to mind, from my own wedding experience, is having a solid backup option for people to watch from the top in case they can't handle those stairs. Elderly, pregnant, or injured guests may need extra accessibility consideration, which might come up last minute.
This, but also be ok if some people need to wear shoes for stability!
Hmmm… Or a rainy day! Happened during my cousin’s outdoor wedding in the country. It was a heavy rain that day! 🌧️☔️
Good idea, or maybe there is an accessible boat launch on that lake they could use to bring people straight to the ceremony
These mentioned would be great candidates for the boats with a seated seat and maybe an easier water/car access point!
Can’t believe I’ve just seen Craig and Aimee helping with your wedding plans , congratulations guys
That is so incredibly sweet that Eamon picked your brother as his best man. Wow. That brings tears to my eyes.
"Now it is official, I have a brother." "It feels so right and so special." "Oso, you don't understand the rules." Favorite quotes. So happy for your tribe and can't wait to see more. Thanks for sharing.
Oso, you spent all this time preparing a nice fluffy spot for me and now you don’t want me to use it? Humans.
I had to pause video and say what a gem Bob is!
My love and I postponed a wedding due to the pandemic, then an unexpected foster child and now breast cancer. I am looking forward to being on the other side of this battle and celebrating our love with a wedding. ❤
Hope you will be soon ❤
You do not want to have anything collapse during your weeding 😢
Maybe rent more pontoons to hold everyone safely and it would be a great photo opportunity as well. Congrats!!
Foods from the countries you traveled to as a couple would be fun. ❤
Eamon actually suggests this, saying that they need to have a building inspector come out. They also discuss various options for the waterside decks.
In other words, it looks as though they have this handled.
@@Fuser22 I wasn’t criticizing
@@angieremjeske9663They weren’t either, they were just letting you know.
I never comment but I’ve been a subscriber for years. The absolute JOY coming from both of you is so palpable. You don’t have to be married to declare love and devotion, and you’ve both already proven that. I’m over the moon for your family ❤ can’t wait!
😂 I laughed sooooo hard when Eamon asked the suit fella if he could have the suit made in stretch fabric. Suit guy's reaction EPIC.
Suit guy was not having it.
Suit guy was definitely not impressed lol
That suit guy was depressing af like this is this man’s most exciting day and your like a no sense of humour grump what a way to ruin peoples experience. Glad Eamon didn’t let him ruin his fun
Suit guy is at Tom’s where they have seen it all. The place is an institution. They are a no BS place that knows suits.
That suit seller was "Mr. Personality"!!!
I hate being barefoot. Anybody else?
@@tracygarrett3952I can’t go barefoot because I am diabetic.
Can I just say Bec looks radiant and gorgeous as always, but as a bride perfection. I am so happy for you both and love that you give us a glimpse into your love and life.
Awesome video as always Eamon, Bec and Frankie. Congratulations on your wedding.
Love the three of you and your entire family….have been watching you forever….good luck in your exciting planning.
My son got married to his beautiful partner and adopted her son…..finally
They got a dessert truck, two food trucks and a mobile washroom….perfect.
And we set up two tents and a smaller set up tent linking the two that served coffee and tea……I should mention the theme was circus……the bride wore a very flashy gorgeous dress, wore my veil ( we have been married for 48 years) during the ceremony, once that was over, the veil off and a large feather plume took its place, we had the ring master, top hat and epileps…sooo cool
Because it was during Covid they had a friend that converted a barn into the most elegant home with an arch entry hydrangeas everywhere…..then fireworks and a picture screen showing pictures of them as children and so forth.
Thank you gifts were cotton candy, and. popcorn
We had old frames we dangled in the trees where people took pictures standing in them…..so cute….just some ideas….oh my, I am extremely excited………..yay yay yay 💕💕💕💕
I’d keep the greenhouse a guest house much more usable. And the big rental tents and have a couple fire pits going
you could have the greenhouse be a quiet, low-sensory area for those who need a quiet pause
Congratulations! This wedding is going to be amazing and your cabin is the perfect location! Bec - thank you for your positive, joyful self. I am one month post cancer surgery and you make this grandma smile - thank you, dear one. Sending smiles right back to you🙂🙂❤

As a Dutchy, I want to say: Welcome in advance to our beautiful country :) I hope you'll feel welcome, and happy and loved when you come to love here 😊
Max in the orange suit being happy that Eamon was losing all his money was everything! 🤣

ICONIC! No notes! I’ve been following along for years now and this video made me SO happy! Wishing you two all of the love! 💛💛
A no shoes policy. Every one being grounded with the earth . I love and adore this. This life you have created and the unconditional love you two have for eachother and all those close to you .ive been watching since back in 2020.

Food trucks can be noisy too.
Have a plan B in place in case it rains. Happens way to often when everyone is scrambling last minute due to weather. Plan for every scenario. Congratulations ❤️

Bec, you looked stunning in every dress, but when you find the ONE, you know. 💕 Congratulations

I have always believed that a piece of paper doesn’t mean you love someone….but super happy for you two!!!
A marriage and the legal commitment is far more than a piece of paper. As a wife, I can attest to that, and as an attorney, I can confirm that.
Of course the paper doesn't make you love them, it proves that you do❤
It's just a legal necessity
The problem with being legally married and wedding expenses is that if it doesn't work out, divorces are far more costly and of course, attorneys always benefit the most. Which is something that is morally wrong but "the legal system".
If you love someone.. GET Married
