1 lb ground beef
1 cup diced onions
3 minced garlic cloves
3 tbs taco seasoning or 1 ounce store-bought seasoning packet
1 cup hot water
1 cup salsa of your choice
1 cup cheese or more
1 9 oz Fritos original corn chips

Toppings
Jalapeños
Tomatoes
Sour cream
Lettuce
Salsa optional 
Oven safe baking dish 11x7
Bake 350° 15-20 minutes
