Steak Tacos with Flour Tortillas

½ lb skirt steak
½ lb flank steak
1 large onion sliced into half moon shapes (for marinade)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs red wine vinegar (optional)
2 tbs worcestershire sauce (optional)
4-5 tbs olive oil for meat marinade
1 tsp mexican oregano
¼ tsp cumin
1 tsp chile ancho powder ( optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
For sautéing -
2-3 tbs oil ( I used avocado oil )
1 green bell pepper sliced
1 onion sliced in half moon shapes
Flour tortillas of your choice
Toppings-
guacamole 
refried beans
 salsa
sour cream
tomatoes
