This is phenomenal advice! I've been implementing ALL of these techniques into my daily art time, it only takes 10min tops ( I just started back sketching two weeks ago after a decade long hiatus) and I have seen my sketching and my ability to express myself through art advance by leaps and bounds. Excellent quality video, you are definitely worth the like and sub, I am looking forward to your future content, you are my new instructor no lie. Thank you bro!!!!
i think that even ppl who managed to handle all the three exc perfectly wont draw the shapes like you, because you draw the objects like you already researched them. when you say your drawing a square you actually drawing trapeze. when you say your drawing off shape of the glasses your adding the shades assuming that ppl at home know where the shades need to be. when you drawing the glasses handles you give them authentic carves at the end that ppl who dont wear glasses not really aware off... anyway, if someone cant get it right, dont get discourage, theres alot going on here behind the scene that isnt been told
Obviously he researched his object, How do u think he got this speed and perfection? It's obviously a lot of practice, observation, lot of research and thousands of sketches. You can't draw flawlessly without researching your object. Even if you have to make changes and want to make something completely out of your imagination, still you have to have an idea and a good observation of existing object. That's how sketching works. Sorry if there is any grammatical mistake, it's not my first language.

Why are people demeaning this comment? I think it’s encouraging people to not get discouraged but to practise with making research and observation. A reply by cchavi is really good also. You can’t draw a human head if you don’t know its plane changes and its anatomy, I think this guy here is teaching sketching tehniques and not how to draw a certain object like a glasses for example.
i gotta say doe, i think if you do lines at a pace that's neither so fast that you won't be practicing stability, or so slow that it looks like you're drawing a cloth in the wind, just enough speed that both your speed and accuracy are improving let's see, don't draw a line in a flash or under 0.7 seconds, and don't go over 1.5 seconds drawing a line, i think that's where you can improve both your line speed AND precision
02:30, you should be an RC racer. It's essentially the same visual technique, except on a bigger scale. You look at your car then immediately look at where you want to meet with your apex whilst kind of having your car within your periphery. When it is moving 70mph+, especially when it's near you, it is not possible to do it any other way. You have to prepare, look and plan ahead very quickly. You have to develope a sense of where your car should be going before it gets there. Once it's in the corner follow it out and repeat for the next looking somewhat ahead.. @Brody Malakai Think about.. It's 2021, cars can drive by themself, we have 8K pictures from Mars, 7,8 Billion people and you build a useless bot to spam people on TH-cam. Your life has just peaked. Be proud!

Ultimately you are perfecting your sketch! Not his

I sense a hater. The Darkside is strong in you. He is assisting you in drawing with an ink pen.
