Just emphatize with the situation of the cx, and til the cx that you hope they can find a job soon. You must also have a knowledge if the company that you are working with has programs like specialty or settlement that might able to help the Cx on their situation.

hi jeline. i just got hired. ask ko lang dba may activation, fraud, billing, etc in this account? lahat ba yan dapat mo matutunan? or may designated topic na iaassign sayo? like na assign ka sa fraud. fraud lang talaga yung ma rereceive mo na call from customer? sana masagot.
Usually there is a specific department for each concern that might fucos on. But there's a first level agent of the CSR that would specified on the core servicing which filtering all the concerns and they are the one who will make a note on the account to iniate the reporting process and to get it resolved also core servicing agents will transfer those calls to the specific department.
