    yes i agree that you have to read line by line and check customer last transactions and check her last payment and check if she customer have automatic payments. so you have to provb on the account and you have learnt to ask good questions to the customer or you can give her credit line increase in customer with good standing and you are right the bank will approve the transaction in good standing also.

    I am about to take my first LIVE call 😬
    It was a nerve wrecking moment. I don't want my Trainer to feel disappointed afterwards barging my call later. About to graduate in Training and Nesting start next week. Happy to find a Financial service account mock call ❤️💙💙

    Is financial account difficult to handle?A friend of mine said that it's one of the most difficult and toxic account, and now i'm having second thought because it is the account that i'm currently applying for

      I don't think it's really difficult. Just like everything else, it is hard at first but youll get used to it. One thing I can say though is that they're strict with policies..

    Hello Ms. Rea, I'm having a Account Validation today for Financial Account and i'm so nervous because i failed last time. This is my 2nd Account Validation and every time the validation started nagkakamali ako tapos yung grammar ko anlabo and nablablanko ako. Even though nagprepare ako nawawala lahat ng prinaktis ko. This is my first time applying BPO and i really badly need job. I've been applying BPO for 4 months na. I hope mabasa mo to and mabigyan ako ng paraan or tips. Thank you so much and God bless

    Hi po 👋 Done na po ako sa final interview tapos sabi nila sa Retail Account nila ako ilalagay and then ngayon po waiting na po ako for Account Validation pero ang sinend po nila na Scenario for Mock Call is about Bank po its Card Acvtivation po kasama parin po ba yan sa Retail Account?

    +1 sub for teaching us. May question lang po ako. Last October
    I failed an exam for a Bpo company. Nakalagay kasi duon Moodle test where i need to input i guess some data regarding sa client. I wish meron po kayo tutorials for those kind of test. Un lang nabagsak ko and o really need the job to provide for my mother. If i remember correctly there is like client name, adress 2 to be exact, don't know why bakit 2 adress, company name and email address.
