@@jbrumundsmithhe’s in the Hall of Fame and he deserves it. It’s not like NFL HOF or baseball HOF. It’s the basketball HOF and if some of these others guys is there, he belongs.
Hardaway was a complete PG. He was a very good defender and an explosive scorer. One could easily argue that he was the best ball handler/dribbler ever. His only downside was his 5'11" height. Despite being a longtime Laker fan starting in the mid 80s, Hardaway was one of my favorite players in the 90s.
I Saw Tim Play At The Playground As A Kid. He Never Showcased Half Of His Game As Most Guys Didn't During That Time. It Really Wasn't Allowed By Coaches At The Highschool Or College Level. Tim Would Do You "DIRTY" On The Court! Ask Anyone From Altgeld Gardens Projects Between 1981-85 👌🏿.
Thank you for this one, Tim was my favourite point guard in the early 90's growing up, I modelled my dribbling on him but it wasn't a patch on the crossover master, cheers!
Tim Hardaway Sr. has some killa moves and then some. He was heck of a player in his prime. He was one of a kind and his son is currently playing in the league right now.
My Top 5 PG in the 1990's: #1 John Stockton #2 Gary Payton #3 Penny Hardaway #4 Jason Kidd #5 Tim Hardaway Honorable mentions: Rod Strickland, Kevin Johnson, Mark Price, Mark Jackson, Terrell Brandon, Mookie Blaylock, AI, Marbury, Nick Van Excel

Timmy is my favorite player as I started collecting basketball cards his rookie year. The guy that helped define handles with the killer crossover. He is another Derrick Rose what if.
Bro I feel asleep listening to this thinking it was talking about a 2K sim and when they got the 4 Knicks series I was like “damn why does this sound so similar to real life” then j woke up and saw it was an FPP vid on Tim Hardway and was like “oooooooohhhhhhhh”
Tim Hardaway would cross you up in 2 to 3 hard dribbles without carrying leaving you stunned, like what the f$#k just happened to me, and I like the UTEP 2 Step name because he crossed you in 2 dribbles
Man, the warriors could have had a season with Hardaway, Mullins, Speedwell, and Webber. Even though Webber and Spree were younger, they were both super talented. That team with a healthy Hardaway would have more than likley have at least made the WCF, if not the finals
Hardaways 1st step aka(U.T.E.P.)2 step in his prime was the reason the Original Warriors named the Trio of Tim(Hardaway), Mitch(Richmond), Chris(Mullins), earned the name Run T.M.C.(back in the early 90's)!!!
SAW Tim Hardaway in A TV Commercial With George Gervin Sitting In A Barber Shop With 2 Other NBA Players As The Commercial Ends Gervin Tells Barber Shop Crowd I Always Could "Finger Roll "*Lol 😂😅 Cool Lou "*
I Knew Tim Hardaway,'s Mom In High School Chicago Harlan" A Good Basketball School His Lived In A Neighborhood Where They Had Basketball Programs And 60 Percent Of Harlan's Team Came From That Park (Tuley) In Chicago Southside East So I Guess Tim Grew Up In Those Programs My Congratulations To Gwen Hardaway And Her Star Player Son Tim🎉❤😂😅
Best single move in history. Kyrie and AI are better handlers but this one move has never been done by soneone else at that speed. And he relied on it so much you knew what was coming and still couldnt do nothing
Still po'ed that my Celtics had a chance to draft him but took Michael Smith instead. He says that he was expecting to be drafted by them and wanted to be a Celtic, so he had extra motivation whenever he played them.
They should have kept Mitch Richmond, they definitely would have beaten supersonics in that 1992 first round and possibly went to the finals but, Portland was pretty good that year too so who knows!! You can only imagine how good they would have been if Tim would have never got injured when Webber got there as well as Don Nelson b.s. putting Webber in as a center and not power forward as well as them bumping head's all the time for Webb just to be sent to the bullets team the following year, that's the problem coaches shouldn't have that luxury to be G.M at the same time because if there's something they don't like as a coach they can get rid of you as a manager, plus with spreewell doing his thing and if millun and marciulions didn't go down early that year they definitely would have been good 93-96 season to make a strong run
An amazing player! A killer cross over. He raised his son well. I didn't know about the gay thing, a person should be able to have an opinion without being canceled.
Tim being a Chicago native should had played for the bulls. He would had been the perfect backcourt teammate for Jordan. But the Jerrys were too dump , they didn't understand basketball
how good tim hardaway is? his first 2 seasons in miami he was in MVP conversations and not zo, even though zo anchored the defense. what more if it was run TMC tim hardaway?

@user-vw1vf5cw7d LBJ too 😉
Tim was hell of a player. Loved that Heat team and Run TMC too.
Most underrated pg of the 90s love the Warriors Sonics matchups Tim Hardaway Gary Payton gave each other work
Stop it 😂@2ndservace
As a Miami fan since 1994... Tim and Zo are my favourite players of all time. They and Pat have build Heat culture. True icons.
They are true icons for sure!!!
Saying Hardaway is overrated is wild AF! Definitely one of the best and coldest PGs in the 90's.
These Kids Don't Know 🤷🏿♂️!!
Timmy wasn't no joke!
He was really good, but putting him in the Hall of Fame makes him overrated. He wasn't THAT good.

The late 80’s-early 90’s was one of the all-time NBA era’s for PG’s. Magic, Zeke, Stockton, Mark Price, Kevin Johnson, Terry Porter, Tim Hardaway etc.
Facts lol that's why that whole nonsense of that "we done wit the 90's" was exactly that that era was so flushed with talent
Tim Hardaway was nice that killer crossover he had was dope. Those Heat teams in the late 90’s were really good.
Broke ankles without palming and carrying the ball like Iverson did, Tim Hardaway's killer crossover is the very best of all time.
Hardaway is a genuinely UNDERRATED legend!! My favourite player of all time!!!👍💯✅

My favourite too, he was much more than the crossover!
So much respect for Hardaway. He was the engine of a great offense on Golden State. Then after injuries, he became a great two way guard for the Heat
I remember watching UTEP beating Arizona in the NC2A tournament on Arizona's home court. My First time seeing Tim H. play.
one my personal favorite guards of 90 s as a child
Cleanest crossover in the game. No carrying/lifting/travelling in any era. Most crosses today are travelling in the old rules
Tim Hardaway Sr. has some killa moves and then some. He was heck of a player in his prime. He was one of a kind and his son is currently playing in the league right now.
That TV throw was like something you’d see on WWE 😂

Hardaway was the one player besides Jordan who inspired me to play and fall in love with the game of basketball
Hardaway being from da Chi u know he got dem handles like Zeke
He was nice 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Timmy Hardaway was Ty Lawson before Lawson at UNC the lightning quick bullhog build
I still cant believe how GP let Hardaway know Oakland was his town
I would like to see one on Zydrunas Ilgauskas
Tim "Cross⚔️ Over Of Death 💀" Hardaway.

Spree did kinda replace Richmond especially being 1st team Defense
It is hard to rank him. He was more the traditional point guard then Iverson but was a shooting guard compared to Stockton.
He was overated but the killer crossover was Legendary 💯
