Great video, thank you for the part numbers and in-depth info!
Do you have a part number and or a engine size?
Great video, just dropped my Griffin radiator into my 70 chevelle. What did you do with your vent tube line? I noticed it's not the same size as the vent tube fitting on the radiator. What size hose did you use for your vent tube hose?
When installing the LS3 or ??? did you install using the stock position or did you use an adapter plate to move the engine forward a inch? or 2? or kept stock position?
I am wondering about the clearance between the pullies and the radiator/ with electric fans. If I move engine forward and inch. Thanks. I have a 69. About to upgrade to LS3. Before I get my mounts thought Id ask to see what people do. I don't want to run into pully/radiator fan issues.
I am running the holley foward mounts, truck acc, and electric fans. I have plenty of room.
The hellcat manual setup has a fluid cooler, might be an option...
No sir I don't get the idea about the steam port. So frustrating to find where the hose comes from. On my 01 Tahoe to 64 C-10 it goes from the steam port to below the throttle body. I have a ls radiator so if I run the hose from the steam port to the radiator what do I do with the empty spot under the throttle body? Thank you
I bypassed the throttle body connection.
What transmission are you going with?
I have a T56 that needs a complete rebuild. I may just go buy a new t56 magnum.
