Hi Jamin, thanks for taking the time to produce this. Very helpful! You mentioned that many farmers are looking to self perform with drones, do you think there is still good opportunities for contractors in this space? Ive sent an enquiry today regarding the P100 pro. Thanks
@@tjn2254 Thanks bud! still building the truck and stuff, but had my first days work, $250 for half a day but i missed the target and speed, will learn :D
Great video Oztech. Quick question on service costs - how frequently do you guys swop out your rotor motors? It’s a question I get asked regularly here in the UK.
If you’re talking about ground rigs then you are not competing with it since they are way more effective cost wise and coverage wise, but you might want to focus on spots that are not reachable

Xag now recommends after 1000hrs, but we haven’t had any issues yet!
@@oztechdrones Thanks - we were thinking of 500 but i think the farmers would prefer 1000 👍
Hey mate, in South West WA here, how did you go about getting the specific drone sign off from Casa for the P100?
I want to know how it compets with tractor? Cant find that info.

I tryed looking up them insurances company's and can not find to get quotes
look up flight line assurance just like that.
$40 - $80 per hactare? So you can only roughly get 6ha per hour?
6ha per drone, yeah, seems to be the avarage people are getting in Brazil also.
@joaolemes8757 is that true even with newer larger models eg. T40 or P100?
I think he meant $250 an hour plus $40-80 per hectare covered maybe?
