A no point is him or his family trying to find the killer. It is all about him saying he didn’t do it. If my parents were murdered my focus would be finding a motive and finding who did it. He is guilty.

Lol that is one of those things you just dont know or 100% sure if he killed is parents or not but fast forward to now 2023 his A$$ was found guilty and going to jail
There is a mountain of evidence against AJ and NOBODY ELSE. He killed his mom first because that is who he was angry at the most, he shot her twice and only shot his dad once.
The racist police have been known to frame people especially someone from a wealthy family dating a white girl🤨God knows and God punish whoever is guilty amen 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😘
There's absolutely no "I miss my parents terribly and more than anything want to find their killers" with this kid. There's only "I didn't do it. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it." That's the narrative put forth by his family, particularly his gullible gram. His lawyer is also clearly and conveniently covering up the truth. Anyone believing differently is ignoring the facts and living in la-la land. What other scenario explains how these people were killed?
He literally started crying and said he would give anything to have his parents back even of them fussing at him… glad you’re not on the jury. You already have your mind made up clearly
@@karisma2482 I saw that. Didn't believe him. Yep, my mind is made up based on what I saw here and read about. BTW - You actually need skeptics like me on a jury. They make the process work.
He knows he did and those tears are real... He let his anger get the best of him... I know he misses them and wishes he could bring them back... This is heartbreaking 💔
My greatest concern is why no one is talking about the "intruder"? If someone killed my parents in my home while I slept, I would be endlessly restless to know who the perpetrator was. But all Jr. does is say he's innocent, without a second thought of FEAR! Why he's not afraid of this "killer" is mindboggling. If the "killer" did that to his parents, shouldn't he be deeply concerned of the murderer coming after him or his sister? His older brother had an alibi and has never been considered a suspect. Just because a person is mentally ill, does not make them automatically criminal. So many millions of Americans are going around, diagnosed or not, with many potentially dangerous mental disorders like manic depression, sociopathic disorders, or schizophrenia, and manage to live out their lives without committing any violent crimes. Stop blaming all atrocities on the so-called criminally insane. It's the sane ones that are the most dangerous.
It's called self-preservation. He murdered his parents under emotion. He knows they will not come back. So, in his mind, the best thing to do is deny so that he can "save" his life. He also probably feels justified in feeling this way.
I feel like we see what we want and through the lenses that we saw we create our own narratives so the two verdicts he had before clearly didn’t matter to you but the one where he was found guilty must be right and in your head that would make sense so one out of three means that that one is the right one do you know how many people were convicted of murders they got a guilty verdict and either years or months later they were found either via DNA evidence or some kind of new evidence or a confession that they were not guilty
@@visiteurvisiteur7301 actually “Jason Schroeder, an evidence laboratory manager at the Houston Forensic Science Center, confirmed that no gunshot residue was found on Armstrong’s shirt, pants or skin” . two hard working respectable parents murdered because they were just being good parents wanting the best for their son I relate to his mom Mothers know their children.
Children need to understand that parents are perfect, but you have to give them a break. He had a good life & loving parent who were disappointed with his behavior, but they did not deserve Murder. A intruder broke into the house & just happen to find the father's gun to kill them, RIGHT! Liar.
Hmmmm what about the recording about the prostitution ring the father had that was considered inadmissible… evidence pops up 7 years later…. Mishandling evidence in the courtroom. A third trial? I’m not buying it… he prolly knows who did it but he ain’t gonna snitch… this dude ain’t kill his parents
Respectable? His dad was human/sex trafficking unfortunately over sexual men will molest their children too..ask me how I know I see it everyday at work! Everyone saying the parents are good parents yet they are doing horrible things to their children and because of the stigma around molestation many don’t share it’s “self defense”..not saying this is the case but so credible research men who are hyper sexual (running prostitution ring which he was sleeping with those men and women to THE DAD) it happens ALOT ask any social worker, doctor or nurse we see it so much it’s beyond sickening and the children have so much guilt they never speak up until they kill someone..
Its important to know he tried to burn down the house while his parents were sleeping weeks before his parents were murdered. He also took his father's gun and shot bullets through pillows into his bedroom floor days before his parents were murdered. By the way, the gun he used to shoot bullets through pillows into his bedroom floor is the same gun that was used to kill his parents.
@@TheLastDragon5 The "Intruder" is his friend. The "Intruder" did all the dirty work. They plan to benefit in the end with a not guilty pleasure and split his parents insurance money. The perfect murdered. Id's be watching what friends are overly supportive of him during this ordeal. It makes sense to me.
According to articles, one of the things his parents reprimanded him for was his constant lying. If that is true, this young man is an accomplished liar, hence very convincing. The Menendez brothers and others come to mind. They always seem as if they wouldn't hurt a fly!
Man the evidence is so telling… he’s guilty. And to me he’s too calm. He never mentioned an intruder during the 911 call. He didn’t call 911 until approx 30 minutes after. There was a bullet hole from his fathers gun in his room, not only that in his closet there was a blanket and 2 pillows. One pillow had a bullet hole as well as the blanket. He practice suppressing the gunfire to see how loud it would be to determine if his sister would be able to hear and to cover up the bullet hole, he throw a bunch of socks to cover it up. Before the killing, he started a fire in the staircase and lied about it. Right after that I believe he got punished or grounded, got his car privilege taken away, he couldn’t see his girlfriend. His phone got taken away but he had an iPad. In his iPad he searched how to rig the car ignition to make it blow up. The 2nd pillow they found in his closet, had burn marks also they found gasoline in a rubbing alcohol bottle indicating that he set the fire. Was he trying to kill his parents before? Looks like it. Also why didn’t he call 911 as soon as he heard the gunshots (which were suppressed bc evidence shows that pillows were used to execute his parents)? He said there was an intruder but didn’t mention that during the 911 call, there was a note as well. Gunshot residue? Well no fingerprints were found on the gun, gunshot residue was not found on his hands. It’s easy if he had time to clean up (which he did bc he didn’t call 911 until 30 minutes after the murders) and his father didn’t instantly die, his father was still breathing making noise so he waited until his father died to call 911. ALSO he called his brother before calling 911, I guess trying to look innocent and maybe potentially setting his brother up? Alarm system was disabled by him to let the police in… the alarm was on. They claimed that it’s faulty but he had to disarm it to let the police in. After the murders, he disarmed the alarm in the front and the back door before putting it on again. And guess what, he had his hands covered (blanket and pillow maybe while suppressing the weapon?) because there was gun powder residue on his shirt. He claimed an intruder was in there right? The alarm never went off… and it was armed by his sister before everyone went to bed. And the text messages to prove the motive, his parents were being parents… he was being disobedient and not following rules, got reprimanded but felt like he should have it all no matter what and decided to kill his parents, the only father and mother he will ever have. So I don’t see how he’s not guilty. Then boy is shedding fake tears you could see it. He has to try hard to tear. And he looks blank and emotionless. I’m one for innocent until proven guilty but based on the evidence and his body language throughout trial and interviews, the things that he didn’t do and should have, the fact that he never really mentioned missing his parents, the lack of emotion when the prosecutor was pointing at him saying “he killed them, he did it, you did it…” blah blah.. leads me to believe he’s 💯 percent guilty. It’s a shame his family is still fighting for him but they too know that he’s guilty.
I don't know man...After watching American Murderer: The Family Next Door I don't believe ANYONE. I believe this kid was just smarter than Chris Watts and made the defense's job a lot harder...
So can someone show me the evidence that someone else did it. How they knew how to get in and get out wiping the gun clean, leaving a note and the gun. Sound's like AJ did it...
Ok this is weird. Let me ask this? How many children do the couple have? Could it have been a suicide maybe? Did they have alarm on all the windows? How did residue get on AJ shirt? Could someone have put that on his shirt? Did they check all who where there for gun residue on their hands? Are there other siblings that live outside of the house and maybe have a key to enter and still know the security code? Could one of the kids maybe found out about the prostitution ring, and got upset with their parents out of embarrassment? IDK. I just came across this video and I don't know what all as happened. Just curious.

@I Belong to Yahweh so you think, a killer broken to their house knew exactly where to find the guns because he didn't have one himself but he knew exactly where to find the dads, and he was able to get that gun from the dads night stand and then proceeds to kill him and his wife. And then he was able to exit the house without setting off any alarms or disabling the alarm system. But not before leaving a note on the kitchen counter along with the gun. Oh and let's not forget the gun shots only woke up AJ not his sister. And AJ had to let them in by disabling the alarm. And the security company has testified that the alarm had not been disabled before right? So if it had not been set off or disabled then the killer is still in the house bro , he did practice shots he looked up how to make a car bomb. This kid was plotting to kill his parents and he did it and all the evidence points to that. How could you say it doesn't? ,
High-demanding parents can cause anything abnormal to happen! Period!!! They paint a picture-perfect family, look at their smiles, walk and sit. I can hear parents telling them how to walk straight, sit up straight, and I better not see you cry (it shows weakness) and we're not a weak family!
Man idk this a hard one, I’ve seen young cold hearted killers show no emotion and fool trained detectives so I’m not putting anything past AJ! I hope the truth comes out ASAP
This case is hard to judge. Everyone’s talking about his behavior, but remember the New Zealand mother who had a dingo take her baby, and everyone accused her of murder because she wasn’t “acting sad enough”. They found the dingo actually DID take her baby, but not before jailing her and making her life horrible. Don’t judge off behavior: you don’t know how you’d behave after trauma. There’s too many unanswered questions here: the father potentially running a prostitution ring, the alarm system that everybody says doesn’t work, the older brother who may be a violent addict. Of all the things wrong with this case, this young man is the least of them. And if their father was involved in organized crime, I’m sure criminals of that level can get around an alarm system. I also wonder how much of the judgment around this young man may reflect racist implicit bias against young Black males, assuming that he must be inherently violent and so he must have done it although there’s ZERO evidence. NOTHING ties this young man to it but the fact that he and his sister were home, and they just chose to go after him because he more easily “fit” the biased “profile”. This is a hard case, and without concrete and conclusive evidence, a mistrial is the wisest choice.
I not once thought about his race or him being a black male and i think i speak for most of us looking at this case. We are going Solely based on the evidence and circumstances, what makes sense and don't.
I’m black and think he did based off the evidence it don’t make sense the gun was still there the alarm wasn’t activated that doesn’t make sense but who knows he definitely seems hurt but idk
It’s the smirks and smiles on his face for me. & the evidence. The alarm that didn’t go off until he opens the door for police! So many things! Wow. He is mentally sick..

Okay so I’m so interested in this case I found AJ and his girlfriends Twitter. these are the facts they posted… -Prosecution based most of their case on the alarm system. Defense attorneys came in and proved how faulty the alarm system was. It was very unreliable yet the prosecutors did everything in their power to convince jury it was reliable. -No gun shot residue found on AJ. No blood spatter found on AJ or any of his clothes. No fingerprints found on the gun or note linking to AJ. No DNA linking to AJ. Nothing linking to AJ. -Did not investigate entire crime scene. Only questioned persons at crime scene for 4 min. -They decided he was guilty after 11 minutes of being in the scene -Parents were in debt. Brother is suspicious. Family friends received similar notes as the one at the crimes scene. -The law says you must be found guilty BEYOND a reasonable doubt. THERE IS A TON OF REASONABLE DOUBT IN THIS CASE. Not to mention the careless and lazy investigation done by our state. And NO physical evidence. -Two men broke into one of his dads gyms about 10 days after the murders. -No forced entry was reported yet no the garage and door leading to the home were never checked. Nor were they videoed or photographed. -Police never took fingerprint investigation of the key pad by the garage door. There could have been evidence of intruder. But HPD of course did not investigate -Blood clothes were never found in the home. -Police also testified that no water nor soap had been touched therefore there is no way AJ could have washed the GSR off of himself which prosecutors would like to say. Yet it is impossible. This was what his gf posted on her Twitter. I creeped and try to investigate myself lol

We can't judge a book by its cover, but we can assume what that person is all about just by their character. The text messages between him and his parents reveals his true character. Every now and then your parents will criticize you. But if they're constantly telling you how bad of a person you're then what does that tell you about your character. If an intruder comes into your home, they're coming to take something. Personal belongings and or your life. An intruder that uses your gun to kill you, they won't leave the gun because real killers will strike again, and they would love to use a gun that isn't registered to them to commit a crime. I learned the hard way that even with an alarm system, there were areas in which to get into my house without triggering the alarm.😡 All windows didn't have the alarm devices and all rooms did not have the motion detectors. Now I have cameras EVERYWHERE and two different alarm systems throughout the ENTIRE house.
But here’s the thing. Let’s stay you have a total of 15 windows in your double story home. 8 of those windows are downstairs, you only have motion sensors on 5. That’s a 37.5- 38% chance that the burglar would NOT select the window with the sensor on it. And how did the burglar know to go up stairs and just so happen to find the parents and shoot and kill them. Then they didn’t bother to go check the other bedrooms, which were occupied with the son and the other with the daughter. They left back out of the house sight unseen. His story is too flawed.

-Prosecution based most of their case on the alarm system.
-They decided he was guilty after 11 minutes of being in the scene
-Parents were in debt.
But HPD of course did not investigate
-Blood clothes were never found in the home.
-Police also testified that no water nor soap had been touched therefore there is no way AJ could have washed the GSR off of himself which prosecutors would like to say. Yet it is impossible.

But something is strange about this killer... Who comes in and knows exactly where to go, only kills 2 and doesn't check the rest of the house to see if he could take out more lives and doesn't take anything and leaves the gun behind. Seems like this was the Killer's first time killing. But only God knows the truth and so what is done in the dark would eventually come to the light. May they rest in paradise ❤

God rest his soul if he did it, but if he didn’t do it himself, he knows who did.
