So you can still make mods with the G.E.C.K. even on a potato PC but it'll be prone to allot of crashes so saving every step of the way is essential.

I love the Old Tub and the Cosy Beach Cottage (but a bit of a shame it's only available in Far Harbor). I like to be a Lone Wanderer type of character and am not into settlements (but enjoy building & crafting), so I always wondered why Bethesda never made little player homes for your character as wel (since not everyone likes to live with a bunch of random settlers!) A tugboat, airstream caravan and diner are my favourite requests for the vanilla game. In my current play-through I chose the little fishing shack at the pier at Kingsport Lighthouse to live in and it's perfect as you can divide off the interior with a wall to create your bedroom and the porch outside is big enough for Dogmeat's kennel and a Power armour station. Underneath that porch I have all my crafting stations (apart from the stove which is in the house). I absolutely love living there.....great views, safe and all you hear is the waves lapping the shore whilst you relax with a beer on the back porch :-) As you say, linking the workshops must be hard as that always bothered me about Skyrim house mods too. I'm playing vanilla Fallout 4, as I'm an Achievement-hunter, but in the future I've some good ideas for mods, thanks to you Oxhorn :-)

These are adorable mods! I am searching for a compact but organized space to replace my current "player home" area, which is in one of my settlements. My current home has two powered doors in front of them to prevent access by settlers (stop taking my stuff!). Eventually I'd like to move into a nice fast-travel-friendly compact player home that has all my amenities at my fingertips.
That tank home is immersive indeed, although I think I'd prefer the forest shack or the sailboat. Less claustrophobia when traveling with companions. Look out for those dog paws, robot tools, or power armor in the tank!
I downloaded the Cabin on XBOX ONE today, its really great!! Its set up is a little different than the pc version but he added a small empty basement with a work beanch so u can craft stuff downthere very cool MOD my new home for future play throughs. Thanks for introducing. me to it.

Just having access to all the crafting stations in one compact package is perfect. Tub has a lot more elbow room than the tank too :) Uh... Jangles? That's my bed. We're going to have to find you another place... maybe here in the big blue trunk :) Other than Jangles, the old tub's decor is perfect... like I picked it out myself! *The Beach Cottage is also very nice :) I love the oversized bed, the fireplace and the decor is almost perfect. Merleh It does but dont talk about it, it could hurt his channel. TH-cam really doesnt want people manipulating the ad system by people telling everyone to click someones ads or watch them all the way through. They have cut peoples ad monetization for that.

I think it would be completely awesome if you did some Skyrim SE stuff. I know others have done Skyrim, but I want you to do it because I love your charm and voice. Would also be nice to see some lore for Skyrim from you as well (seeing as how Skyrim is simply filled to the brim with it!))
So I went to that tank home with an army of around 40 BoS using FCOM(great mod)and they were all in power armor,not a good idea to try to stuff them in there.

The Forest Cabin looked so much like skyrim I was expecting it to go to a loading screen with skyrim background when you opened the door!

Actually the tank is very spacious compared to any real-life tanks. You wouldn't be able to comfortably live in one.

Have you tried Vault 111 bunker? It's pretty neat, has multiple NPCs and has room to build. You should check it out.
