THIS STUFF IS AMAZING, about a few weeks ago I came back from a 2 week vacation and I had a lesson the day after I returned, so I wanted to give this a try and lemme tell you IT WORKED not a single muscle ache. Yesterday I decided to try it again, I had an hour long lesson on one of the hottest days ever, after taking a months long break from jumping and I had the best seat of my life, WHILE I WAS HEAT STROKED (don't try that at home but the point is I still had one of the best lessons ever) . So drink your water AND STRETCH PPL.

Wow Maya! What an amazing testament to the importance of stretching for equestrians! I couldn't agree more and I'm happy to hear this routine works for you! Thank you for taking the time to leave such a beautiful comment ❤️🙏😊

I am so glad i found you on TH-cam. At 66 i am not riding like i used to and doing these exercises has made it clear my balance sucks.
I aim to do this little sequence before i ride. My riding buddy doesnt know thus but she is joining me.

I'm so glad you found me Sabine! I'm convinced adding a bit stretching before (and maybe after too 😉) will make a big difference in your riding! Love that you're getting your riding buddy involved too - that's the way to keep yourself involved and accountable! 👏😊
