Even with >300h I still find it pretty hard to decide what to do with my bros and what perks I should take on them. I often find myself taking the talent points on a level up but then leaving the perk point for a while... Always think I miss the best build for a specific talent combination
I 100% get that. Even with my buildguides i sometimes cant decided what to make with a bro esp. if they are kinda whatever :D I think with a solid idea on how you wanna have you company setup could help here. 1 banner 2 range 2 Tanks 5 meleeguys 1 utility could be a decent setup. To ease the presure here ( to make the perfect choice ) you can beat the game even with suboptimal builds if you play well. Thank you for your post :)

Its weird because not picking perks is definately worse then picking one but for some reason I wait and hope I'll figure it out by the time it matters xD How do you decide which weapon to use on a bro?
@@w1ngZ_ I know what you mean :D. Tempo wise its allways better to use a perk then holding on to it. Weapon perks i often take as the last if i dont have a bro that has a specific build. Like a rouge i know he will use a dagger or a Huscarl he will use javs. There are two answers to that. The first is you wait until you get a fames weapon you wanna use and then take the right perk for it. But this is kinda late game stuff. Alot of players play the first crisis or the second and then do another run. Then you can just decide yourself. Swords for low MA bors. Hammers for high fat bros and Axe for the rest unless you go with all mace like myself. Its a question of how long you wanna play.
