Whilst a tune like Jumpin' Jack Flash is a solid rock 'n' roll track, I think I Am The Walrus would have been a perfect ender to this Liam/John collab. But that's just me.
Although this pairing between Liam Gallagher and John Squire looks killer on paper, it just doesn't seem right. Imagine Mick Jagger forming a band with Paul McCartney....or Eddie Vedder forming a group with Dave Grohl. Yeah, it looks killer on paper but to actually see and hear it.....doesn't quite do for me
I got a review of the first gig at Glasgow Barrowlands, knocked it out the park. There's a growing sense that having an 'actual' lead guitarist beside him means he's finally arrived. 😄🎸
Rob Halford of Judas Priest is 72 and sings better than Gallagher. This is poor range and control. He's always sounded terrible live without studio gimmicks.
All a matter of taste. This is excellent!!!!
good vocal performance from liam very rock great energy
Love it!!
Biblical !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Didn't expect to see this, interesting, not as good as The Stones doing it, but not bad, good to see Liam voicing those pipes
Epic

Thanks for posting! How was the gig overall? Did they play any oasis or stone roses?
No they said they’re not playing any oasis or stone roses
Damn, I used to like that song.
Nice sound check.
Brilliant cover 😊
I am going to Leeds. Anyone know if there is signed stuff at the merch' stalls. Thank you.

Good to see him singing a good song for once
A review said the gig was less than an hr long and no on stage chemistry.
