5 cups beef broth (to boil pasta - optional)
1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
1 bell pepper
1 onion
3 tbsps chopped sundried tomatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella
1 cup colby jack
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp beef bouillon
1 cup beef stock (added to meat mixture)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup

I needed a quick easy recipe for my 3 linebacker sized nephews who dropped by to watch the NBA playoffs with me. They loved it! Of course I doubled the recipe. At the end of the evening they wanted to make to-go plates and were thrilled when I told them they could take the rest of the pan home. One even offered to pay me to make it again so this is a keeper! Thanks for sharing.

Y'all I made this using whatever I had in my pantry and it was so bomb! Small elbows, ground beef, diced shallot, fresh parsley, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 can Campbell's mushroom cooking soup (not cream of mushroom), dijon mustard, W sauce, extra sharp cheddar, and my spice essentials. baby it was fire! Pro tip: Add a packet of In-N-Out spread to your sauce! I didn't have ketchup or broth so I used that and it tasted like an In-N-Out cheeseburger!
This was a staple at our house for Saturday supper but it was pre packaged, this is on a whole other level. Great recipe 👌

Over the years I have become more comfortable with the notion of making such recipes _'my own'_ by tweaking them much as you have shown here. Generally, using good ingredients you know you'll like combined with proven technique results in success. Thank you. 😁
I'm sitting here trying so hard to find new meals For my "now we're all teenagers and picky as hell" will eat and stumbled across this. They will love it! I normally make macaroni and cheese and add ground beef. I call it homemade hamburger helper cuz I like to have some credit ya know....but this?! Holy hell! Now THAT is homemade hamburger helper!

Made this last night... FANTASTIC!! My family loved it. I added mushrooms, did not add bacon and instead of smoked paprika, i used liquid smoke. Turned out great. Side salad and garlic bread. 😊

Edit: This meal came out perfect! I think the sun-dried tomatoes gave it that kick. Definitely will have this in rotation.

I made this for supper tonight , had leftover corn from last night put it in there. Also used a can of rotelle tomatoes with habanero. Wow nice bite to it. Love it ,Also added mushrooms

I made your recipe tonight and it’s DELICIOUS! The only thing I did differently was and red & green peppers and 1 tbsp of better than bouillon paste with light cream. I didn’t put the sour cream in either. But I was skeptical about the ketchup and mustard, but makes it taste awesome! Thanks for sharing! 👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾😊❤️

I was looking for a spaghetti and meatball recipe and your video came up first. I was intrigued so I watched it and needless to say I went out and bought the ingredients to make it tonight. Soo much flavor packed in there and the beef broth was an incredible taste added to it. Everything pairs so well and the sun dried tomatoes... I could go on. Great video and I will keep this recipe and pass it on.

Just made this tonight and it was really good. Never going back to boxed hamburger helper. I didn’t even have the Dijon mustard or pepper flakes. I also was unable to put my pan in the oven so I just shredded mozzarella on top and let it melt on low and it still came out wonderful! Thanks for the recipe!
