his music is unreal; with incredibly deep meaning. One part of me wants to keep him and his music just for myself and the other part wants him to be known all over the world.
I'm a music photographer and was going to a festival where Sam was playing, but I (my publication) was declined for a photopass. I was going to the festival anyway, and I was so mad that only ONE photographer was photographing his set!!!

There's something about driving at night that seems to bring music to life. I'm just new to him, but am so happy this type of impassioned male singing is back, with deep lyrics! He doesn't strike me as being someone who will pander to record companies' whims and lose his individuality if he becomes a big success. He's too strong for that.
I am easily moved by this song ... never a more topical theme than ever: playing God ... even in everyday life to survive! how mean are those who oppress you, enjoying our suffering, inflicting fear, misery, despair and frustration
As I was about to loose my faith in new generation of bands/singers Sam Fender stormed in and restored it. Well done lad, amazing guy, awesome band and exceptional piece of art.

I love when you're losing at halftime and the instrumental for this song plays during the halftime menu. It just gives one such motivation to go out and win.
Fender has really delivered a great track with this one. The guitar works is terrific and whilst it never breaks out into a full on rock track this kind of low key rock is such an easy listen, one that will easily bring you back to listen again. This is a great antidote to much of the soft pop rock dominates the charts and certainly on my playlist.
