If I recall the demo, you could actually rob most early contracts if you pursue developing Whippet and then Hornet since Hornet is ideal for the whole female tanks niche while having insane(for the time) mobility. Causes weird results when instead of expected cannon equipped Schneider the game gets Hornet tanks to battle A7V. Mind you, we're talking about basic Hornets, not the prototype with 3 pounder. And for some reason neither can tanks pierce each other with AP bullets, nor can you jave enough crew on Whippet and Hornet.
I also remember an insane exploit of stacking production tech points by adding and removing parts to module, which caused the available for distribution points to refresh. Had serious malus if you didn't know what to do, but also allowed to heavily inflate the score of tanks to sell them. They'd lose all reputation in short order as they'd keep falling apart, BUT AI will always be happy to buy more replacements. But that's an exploit for the demo.
You have enough crew on both Whipped and Hornet
Enough, as in, the tank works
But of course, ideal amount of gunners for 4 mgs would be 4 and the tank just can't fit that

Ive had this wishlisted for almost 2 years, Im only a minute into the video, but I hope to see some progress since then.
It's great to see how far they've progressed since the Demo version. It almost looks like a different game altogether...
Defects are not hard stopping you. They are just there "hey, you could improve that"
Still, your tank is scored at 278, while your competitor was something like 100-120
I'd love to see more of this game, especially once more content arrives and it fully releases

I imagine a Soviet campaign would be hard if they incorporate the whole “working while under arrest” aspect with random engineers getting sent to Siberia.
I can imagine how engineers work less productively due to “working under arrest”, they “disappear” due to repression, also the government allocates very little money for the development of tanks, corrupt owners steal the available budget. But there is an ability - you can save time and money by copying stolen Western designs and introducing a 24-hour working day to speed up production
A follow-up video would certainly be appreciated.

18:37 - calling it a ship isnt far from what the first large tanks were actually called... "landships", large moving pieces of iron/steel, large artillery like guns, moving on land instead of floating in water
never seen this guy with those ranks so I don't know there purpose but it makes the tank look like a mobile home 1:16

How does this game compare to Sprocket ? seems similiar ideas albiet this one has the management sim side of the tycoon like mechanics.
Sprocket leans more into designing every single element manually. This one is about engineering and business.

No it's much more business side. I'd say Dreadnoughts is 50% strategy/design and 50% battle. This game is probably 75-25 business.

Could bei fun but for now it looks like a mobile phone game and i hope they invest in new sounds, the tank made me wanna rip my ears off...
But tycoon games have their corner in the games market so maybe this one doesn't die off instantly.
This game has been in development for years now, and not only is it still in alpha, but they haven't added anything new in over a year! Face it, this game is never coming out.
Are you even accompanying the discord? They add new things every few months, they aren't a huge AAA team, these things take time to make.
