ASMR Reiki & Facial cleansing for relieve your anxiety with healing music & delta waves

- Today I will try to relieve your anxiety with ASMR facial cleansing and reiki techniques. A very relaxing experience awaits you tonight with crystal therapy, healing music, delta waves and reiki.
I know how tiring and maddening it feels to be anxious. Although we try many methods to overcome this, sometimes it is not as easy as it seems. So I wanted to prepare a reiki and facial cleansing session for anxiety for people experiencing this type of situation. I believe you will feel better while watching it, at least with this thought in mind.
This time, I created the session by putting delta waves more prominently. Meditation music will be waiting for you at a lower volume. In fact, in some parts you won't be able to hear it at all. I'm specifically talking about the parts where I apply crystal healing.
I applied facial cleansing with cotton pads with healing water and essential oil only as a visual trigger. And sometimes wooden brushes helped us in this regard.
I added some crystal healing scenes from my previous videos to the last part of the video to help the session relax your mind and put you to sleep. I think this will give you a better opportunity for deep sleep. I hope you like it.

@@TabuTunes yes! It’s the Asmr Reiki spiritual cleansing. The sound in the background was so good. It’s my favorite asmr video on whole TH-cam now. In the middle the sound reminded me of a woman singing but maybe this was because I was half asleep. I really love that video ⭐️💓☺️
