All the best, and thanks for everything. I found so much useful information which helped me to decide on applying to the Navy reserve. Unfortunately, this is farewell for me as well. After six months of wait, got the decision, and eliminated by medical. Whether you apply to be in special forces or part time office job, it appears to be the exact same requirement, which is a secret, and they are too lazy to do any further testing on any potential red flag. Two months to mail a simple letter, and I'm told 6-12 months wait for an appeal? The institution lost all credibility for me. Sadly, the "recruitment crisis" is entirely made from within.

I hear you, thank you for sharing. I agree that the medical process needs to be improved. Recruiters do not have access to applicants' personal medical information and are not a part of the medical process. My best advice is to follow through with the appeal process, and if you are not satisfied you can write to the ombudsman: www.canada.ca/en/ombudsman-national-defence-forces.html

Thank you, and congratulations, PO! It took a long time, but hopefully, they said I could get me into the enrollment ceremony by the 30th! You and the Recruiting team were so helpful and friendly!
