  • Our Chiropractor (Newcastle) demonstrates a single leg balance drill - an excellence exercise to help improve balance.
    This is very easy integrated into any warm up prior to exercise or can be done at home as part of your spinal rehabilitation.
    Please note that if you find your balance is poor, please do this close to a support such as a wall.
