Tried making this tonight but forgot the "dessert spoons" of melted butter and flour to make the roue. I don't know if a dessert spoon is a tsp or tbsp... Guess I will have to google that as its an Australian term that makes no sense to me lol I think this soup would be delicious but hate the way they give no measurements and rush through. Good thing we cann pause and rewind on TH-cam.
