Great video brother, thank you for this. New owner of CGT and this is very helpful. I wish I can find a video how to remove the charcoal/emissions canister.
Thankyou😊 , mine is a BS3 version hence it doesn't have the charcoal canister, and as far as I have learnt, the canister takes care of evaporative losses of fuel on your bike from tank and carb, so removing them should'nt be a tough task, I would suggest you to go through the basic architecture of the BS 3 version and then remove the excess from BS4. Also is it owing to any particular reason for you to intend removing the canister?
@@BuilditRideit Thank you for the reply. I had to install a new gas tank and it is a version that does not have emissions. So, one tube already is not connected and the other only to the air box. It is fuel injected so it shouldn't be too much problem to remove. I am just not sure which hoses to remove and which to leave.
Kabak Yalo in reality you can go for any other reservoir cum lever assembly, how ever the front callipers on CGT as well as CBR 250 R are essentially same ( although mirror image of each other in every aspect) hence I would suggest the CBR's unit.
Dude I am in a big problem! The two bolts of the drain filter cap are slipping , they fasten all the way in but they don't tighten up. The threads in the engine cavity are scraped..... What do I do? Do I get them tapped(threading operation)? That is the last thing I want to do
Relax mate, it's an aluminium case so it usually happens. Tapping it will make you to adjust the strainer cap too, so go for inserting brass inserts with threads inside, a pretty effective and long lasting solution, also this way you can keep using old bolts. Edit: from next time open it only when engine is sufficiently cold, and make sure not to tighten it too much.
You’re great thanks
You are great too, thanks 😊

Gt 535 me 2 litter oil lagta he Kya? Nd if gt 535 ka hydrolic and oil pump kharab ho to Kitna cost aayga thik krne k lie ? It's a urgent question
Can't comment on cost mate, however 1.75 litre is sufficient for engine
Aapke RAJDOOT me battery he kya
Gurdev Singh nope
I am quite confused, the oil capacity is 2.75 and yet you are putting 2.5 litres. Is it ok?
Sachin Philip if you put more than 2.5 litres it starts bleeding from various points, hence I keep it at 2.5.
