I bought a Fuji X-M1 second Hand a few months ago on Ebay. And i can say, it is a phantastic Camera. I love this tiny little thing.
Aw I love that you use the XM1 and leave your newer posher camera bodies behind. I don't use filters tbh but this was really useful never the less, thanks
Thanks Chris! Always very didactic and enjoyable videos. Thanks for sharing your passion in a so simple format.💯❤
Thank you for sharing the filter kit. Lovely scenery, the light is beautiful. I enjoy watching your videos.
I sold all my Fuji gear and purchased a Leica M rangefinder and just love it. It already helped me slow down and enjoy photography more.. Always a nice video Chris..
Thanks for sharing, your videoes are always inspiring.
Spring can't come too sent. Spent the whole morning shoveling snow today..... I am very ADD, not so bad with the H part of it. But, it can be frustrating at times.
I saw your videos on the xm1 and manage to find one with the zoom and pancake lens kit - fair to say I am excited. Thanks for the info on this.
Hope you enjoy it!
You have a dial on the side of your filter support to turn that polarizer… no need to turn the whole thing 😉
My first Fuji was the X-A1, a cheaper twin to the X-M1 that had a Bayer sensor instead of the first generation X-Trans sensor on the X-M1. Plus everything on the X-A1 was 100 percent plastic, possibly even the lenses in the kit zoom that it came with. But for me, the deal breaker was the lack of a viewfinder because I have to use my reading glasses to see an LCD clearly, so I quickly tired of glasses on and glasses off. An upgrade to an X-E1 came very quickly.
That beautiful built in diopter, even I can shot w/o my glasses. Love the xe1
Hi Chris. You inspires me. So, I got my Fuji X M-1 yesterday.! Amazing camera. Light, small & easy to carry around, compare to my Nikon D 700.! (heavy with the extra battery grip). Eying on the small camera Fuji body's, E-1, E-2, & E-3..!?Thank you so much, for the experience & joy of photography.
I love your videos. I'm really interested in the Fuji system but haven't made the plunge yet.
Try a cheap one you will not be disappointed and you will sale your expensive camera like me 😜
What lens did you use for this test? Can we see a video on how this camera performs when it comes to video with the 18-55 lens? Thanks!
So I got my M1 after your video a few months back. I absolutely love it! It's the perfect camera for taking onto campus and just chucking into my bag over my XT1.
I wanted to ask Chris, would you try out vintage lenses on your X series cameras? As Fuji lenses are a bit too expensive where I am, I've been buying primarily those lenses and adapters. It's a nice cost effective method for me to be able to get some good lenses for a lower price.
is this england in winter? so dry and yellow? it looks like africa...
Thanks for your video. I have the series of xm1 / xpro1 and xe1 and really love it. There is frankly no need to buy more expensive camera! Picture are really awesome . No need for Lightroom or anything else, this is perfect no needs to modify anything.
And add the XE2
@@subrotomitra xe2 will come soon.😍
What lenses do you prefer
23mm 1.4 is my favourite
Why did you choose the XM1 over the XE1?
Love them both - xm1 felt a little smaller so good as a camera to throw in my bag on a hike.
Having a hard time to understand the intro because I live in forever summer country. Nevertheless, good for you if spring already comes on there!
Where do you live in Sussex, lm in Hampshire and like to go your way to photograph, looks like a great location you have there.
