Vitamin D is a complex hormone, beyond just a vitamin. It is important to recognize that the effects of Vitamin D can get blocked at the target tissues in much the same way that Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus represents blocking insulin's effects at the target tissue-- at the pancreas. Sleeplessness is a complex issue and patients need to be taught beyond the blood values or "lab test results" of D3. Thank you for looking beyond biomarkers AKA "lab values". Great program, everyone!
I started taking iodine, ive been on thyroxine for years, 125mcg. Lately i start feeling over active. Could this be the iodine? Is my thyroid working better? Im carnivore for 7 weeks and keto before that. Im having my thyroid test in a few weeks but in the uk they just test TSH and t4. Love all the information, and I feel so much better now.
Wow. Hit on so many things I need to research. I was one of those babies back in the 50s who was sterile as well as my sister after my mom had the miscarriage drug. My brother was not affected because he was the first born. My mom had a miscarriage then I was born.
I am a diesterstilbesterol baby. My mother felt guilty because I have had issues. I told her I would rather be alive and have issues than be miscarried.
100% pro life here. Every one deserves a chance at life. We mothers do what we can to support every pregnancy. I used a LOT of NAPRO treatments (protesterone) to prevent miscarrying and my 7 month old is a miracle and a perfect baby. God is in charge. If God allows you to live, you are meant to be here!!!❤ Dr Bright awesome but her beliefs about abortion and birth control and family size are the opposite of mine. I still listen to her insights though and appreciate her work.
This was really interesting. I got diagnosed hypothyroid and put on medication 11 years ago at age 25. I had some childhood trauma. It makes sense that stimulants are too much for me. Caffeine makes me tired. Anyways, when I went on carnivore 2.5 weeks ago I felt good at first but lately I've been so very low energy and very anxious. I was afraid to try iodine being on meds, but I do feel like I am already hyperthyroid only 2.5 weeks in and have wondered if I should go off my thyroid meds. I'm going to get labs checked first but this is helpful. I probably need to be less stimulated by constant podcasts and phone use and give up the Caffeine and add fat. ❤
Dr. Elizabeth, Dr. Keltz, and Maria Emmerich are 3 persons that speak of flaxseeds as very bad. On the other side, there are countless resources, papers, statistics showing the benefits of these seeds, and many, many doctors out there who aren't from a plant-based or vegan community. Dr. Lisa Mosconi wrote a book about the benefits of seeds on women's brains. It's such an intriguing topic.
The best seeds out there is chia seed due to high omega 3 content. Flaxseed is also of high omega 3 content but not good for people with hypothiroid since its goitrogens
So interesting. Dr Bright was either bleeped or her mic cut out several times on important points?? I was interested in the yam/plant sterol issue but it got cut. Great interview!
Although I'm late to the party as the poscast is a year ago, the discussion is extremely relevant today and moving forward. Caloric restriction equals hormone disruption and undereating equals under functiontioning emotionally, mentally, physically, sexually. Manufactured carbs is basically sweetened catdboard with zero nutritional value aka fortifued frankenfood. We need animal protein and animal fats to function on all cylinders. TY for addressing the elephant in the room aka society and educating the masses on the importance of nutrition to function optimally as nature intended. Women and some men that undereat are doing considerable damage to themselves mentally, emotionally and physically for vanity and its scientifically factual. Models who starve themselves are treated as human mannequins. We need to support eachother and humanity to empower one another and our world collectively. These discussions are life changing on many levels and I encourage women to share this info wirh eachother 🤍
I still have not found an answer on HRT when one has had a hysteroscopy with bilateral oophorectomy. I agree about high fat but what about hormone replacement? Thank you for a great interview.
New to your podcast but I like your fundamental if truth cause healing I heard you are worrying about our toxic environment which something we can’t control so Do your best and be happy acceptable with what ever the result is , I like very much one of my mentor advice ❤️

Would love to know how to turn on adrenal function again I’ve lived thru severe trauma and THATS prob my deal, at this point. 58yo (mom of 5, extended breastfeeding for each also)
Start with diet. Fuel the body and allow it to heal. Higher fat will be a less stress with minimal carbs that can stimulate more cortisol production. Eat the fat levels you can tolerate. In terms of beyond that, figure out the source of trauma and find a specialist and learn to let go. However and whatever way that is for you (and only You’ll know that answer) (For me, it was a lot of God and scripture reading). Finally, consider environmental factors, if there are endocrine disruptors and hormone impactors or even toxins in the home, they cause adrenal impacts. ❤️🩹

Always great to listen to Dr Bright, she is so passionate. For people with Hashimoto’s with active thyroid antibodies I have heard that taking iodine will light up the thyroid and cause the antibodies to attack it and degrade it. I have resisted taking any for that reason. I do wonder what your thoughts are on this….
I can’t say for sure nor am I offering medical advice, but we have recommended iodine to our clientele that suffer from hashis and higher antibodies with no issues
@@NutritionwithJudy Judy thanks for the input. I appreciate and value your opinion. I am having my antibodies retested soon and will incorporate iodine after and monitor results.
I started HRT 7 years ago; combi patch and testosterone cream. I've been Keto 4 years and carnivore 6 months. I'm wondering now how to go about stopping taking HRT's and if my energy will decrease or my carnivore diet will support my hormones on its own.
I don’t agree that the alteration of hormones and media pressures at an early age has no influence over sexuality. We know that contraceptives cause women to choose mates who are more feminine because the hormones running through them are those of a pregnant women, who naturally seeks a safer environment. Some women get off the pill to get pregnant with their husband and are no longer attracted to them. Why wouldn’t there be an affect in this instance as well?
I have many thoughts on this too. I gave Dr. Bright the floor and focused on the bigger topics we were going to discuss. I’ve talked to enough LGBs that I believe for some (not all) it’s a choice based on societal norms. But I think her conversation about non binary was about sexual preference and not identity unless I misunderstood her.
I was doing 2 drops of iodine for a few weeks and started to get a horrid metallic taste in my mouth so I stopped and it went away! Any idea why this would happen and should you just keep going regardless of this side effect!?
I had the same side effect. From what I researched, it could have been bromine or other chemicals that were being detoxed from your system. Apparently iodine will dislodge things that have a similar makeup to it (so bromine, fluoride, etc). I continued taking it (with the appropriate cofactors), and feel great! That metallic taste should go away eventually! If you google Dr Abraham iodine protocol, you can find a lot of good info to start. Obviously not offering medical advice :)
hey, it's not just a couple of months, more like four months and on average they put on four hundred pounds, and that grain is full of all sorts of things that we all take about. Young cattle that go to grain finishing yards go in with VERY little fat on their bodies and come out with inner muscular marbling, the same type of marbling that kills us.
Iodine supplementation is essential as our daily shield to prevent anxiety & depression. Fat and red meat balance blood sugar and stabilize cortisol. Animal fat is our friend not foe. I like the patch test as an indicator 😅 I understand to start with minimum dose and gradually increase if needed but Dr. Bright is saying to saturate thyroid to decrease inflammation if sensitive ? I understand to avoid iodine if hyperthyroid is that Dr. Brights recommendedation as well ?
Prescription medicine & nonprescription supplements are LOADED with glucose elevating "Other Ingredients" like rice flour, dextrose, maltodextrin, glycerin, etc. They have the same effect as sugar but they are allowed to avoid CALLING them sugar!
Now hrt is available bioidentical. I went through early menopause after 10 years of health problems before using the hrt patch. The dr is a well known dr who helps women with hormones for all kinds of hormone problems. My bones were already having problems. I’m thankful I got relief but drs won’t treat for iodine deficiency except with animal made medications which is being changed constantly. Lugols is a natural iodine so why isn’t this prescribed more?. Iodine deficiency is affecting everyone. The iodine does protect our body but other medications given is causing health problems even if you eat properly. This is doing more harm to humans than anything. Including dementia. Insulin resistance is causing so many problems now even in children. Our food is processed and the organic foods is being compromised. The powers in charge have control of all aspects of our lives by making us dependent on them at an early age. Generations has passed on the need to go to just a drug designed doctor treating to the medicine even if it causes more damage. The virus woke up the people to see what’s happening.
Sex is binary. If you go to any aboriginal tribe they will laugh at you if you say otherwise. They know that there is only a man and a woman. I like Dr. Bright but her assessment of the whole binary thing and thinking that current culture has no influence on people's identity is way off.
Sex organs are binary. Human beings are systems that include both the sex organs and the mind. A person may have the sexual characteristics of one but the mental picture of another. Those people deserve support and understanding. What about aborigines. Aborigines also believed that the stars are campfires in the sky.
Thats not what my indigenous elders have said. Teo spirit people have been in every traditional tries stories, at least thise ive been connected with. I currently study with indigenous south american people who also have a pkace for" two spirits" in the traditional community. They are largely unrouched by western society and live as theyve lived for thousands of years. I understand that the current political climate around sexuality is combative and bizarre, but saying we " believe" something about indigenous cultures and actually looking at the ancient stories passed down and the application of sexual mores in harmonious indigenous cultures
I really wanted to go further on the fat subject….we store our toxins in our fat…so when we are losing weight on keto/ carnivore , and one does not have a very strong lymphatic system ( as I do) one can get very sick . I recently learned I have lipodemea which just recently through Stanford is recognized as a lymphatic disorder. What are your suggestions on helping the body release toxics with out getting to sick . th-cam.com/video/89sjPjjhiWE/w-d-xo.html Also can you please bring Dr.Darren Schmidt on your show?
What do you consider high fat? Specifically for 38 yo female wanting to lose 30+ lbs? I followed Maria Emmerich’s PSMF Keto approach and had the absolutely easiest time losing weight ever and finally reached my goal weight. I was averaging 1350 cal per day hitting about 120-140 g of protein, less than 90 g of fat, and under 20-40 g carbs. I was also walking outside for 45-75 min per day. I switched from weight-loss calories to maintenance calories and started to add resistance training to increase my lean mass. I basically increased my fat intake. My family moved to a new house (brand new construction) around the same time and I started having worsening digestive issues. I discovered that our well water had high uranium so we now use an AquaTru for all drinking water. Two years later, I am 35# heavier and about to have surgery for endometriosis with possible bowel involvement. I was diagnosed with anemia at my pre-op appointment and have received two units of blood and 2 iron infusions. I take compounded thyroid hormone and LDN for autoimmune disorders. Looking for any feedback as I’m feeling pretty discouraged at this point. PS I have seen a functional medicine practitioner off and on for the past 8 years and have done all of the treatments: SIBO, HPA Axis dysfunction, clostridium overgrowth, DUTCH Test to address hormone imbalances, parasite cleanse/CELLCORE products, etc.
Judy has a great video called something like, How much to eat on a carnivore diet. Also, as the other person commented, high fat is in the 70+% range. I think Judy recommends around 75% whereas Dr. Bright starts people off around 80% if they have lots of healing to do. All the best to you on your journey back to health!
I’m very sorry to hear. There’s a lot you Shared that it’s difficult to say what your root cause is but I’d never ever recommend drinking well water without a filter. A lot of our clientele fight us on this but without first testing, it’s not safe and I frankly don’t trust any sources nowadays with how much crap we put in our soils, air and water. Endometriosis is often related to insulin resistance so make sure to test for metabolic syndrome. I’m sorry this is all happening. High fat-depends on person. I’d go with where you are with hormones, weight and much more. Then based on your current fat intake, I’d up it to see if you have improvements. If that helps it may be enough. Not everyone has to eat 75% or 80% in terms of total calories. But more than the weight, get to root cause of why all these things are occurring. ❤️🩹
@@NutritionwithJudy thank you for responding! I believe that I may have had the endometriosis since early adolescence. I either thought it was normal to have heavy painful periods or it was temporarily made better by pregnancy or a short stent with hormonal birth control. I think I’ve continued to have signs of it but it’s been masked by poor gut health and autoimmune symptoms as I would always get a little better with functional medicine treatments but my gut issues would never fully go away. Having the laparoscopic surgery is basically me taking a shot in the dark because I’m unsure what else it could be. I’m curious if endometriosis goes so long w/o being diagnosed (I’ve been told I’m fairly old for finding it), that it could require more than diet to manage due to the tissues ability to develop their own nerve supply. I have a hard time believing that I have metabolic syndrome because I have been keto/low carb for 5+ years and my A1C has tested good ever since. I saw where Dr Paul Mason had a client w/ anemia who struggled on a low carb diet to lose weight. I’m praying that having surgery will help get my hemoglobin and other blood levels back up (ie find the source of my bleeding) and I will start losing weight again…and get my health and life back.
I started taking 2 drops of iodine as you recommanded but i add a bit of apple cider vinegar to the glass of water for a better taste,, is it ok ? Also does living by the sea and swimming in seawater can supply iodine?
Iodine should be taken on empty stomach with only water and also not eating anything one hour after taking iodine. Thats how body can absorb iodine optimally
Why so much depression and suicides also …..the plandemic ( the same people who created the sad diet ect)had a huge impact on this..lockdowns, isolations, parents cannot afford proper food and shelter
My kids are 17 (boy), 15 (boy), and 11 (girl). I take 2 drops Lugols in my coffee and I plan to go up a bit after watching this. Would it be beneficial to give to my kids as well? I am trying to get them closer to meat-based. My boys love meat, but my daughter is harder to please.
Could you please share the name of the test for sufficient iodine again. I am a foreigner and I am unable to make out the name of the test. Thank you so much!
How can she argue that changes in hormones due to malnourishment at a young age would not influence sexual behavior. Pretty much lost respect for her at that point
If you don't think bioidentical hormones are healthy even if your fat intake in the diet raises your hormones how high do you actually think they're going to get you have to have physiological dosages of at least a hundred not just about stopping hot flashes it's about other things the brain and other organs that need these physiological dosages Dr Felice Gersh is an expert on hormone therapy she's brilliant she knows what she's talking about I would recommend listening to her videos
What about meat consumption and the well-being of the planet? Plant eaters/ pescatarians live far longer with less major diseae. My family has been long lived, all in there 90s, one aunt 106 with no pharmaceuticals and no surgical interventions. Fats have been from omega 3s and olive oil. I do agree with the need for iodine.
It’s a nutrient and not about up regulating or down regulating thyroid per se. It’s nutrients to help the body function properly, including the thyroid
@@NutritionwithJudy So I should take it as everybody else. Thank you very much. I was confused about it, thinking it that if I take it it will damage the thyroid gland and if hypo should take iodine and hyper is the opposite I shouldn't. Thank you again. Wish you success

Should i reduce the dose if im upping iodine drops from 2 to 10? And increase fat and protein.. I really want to a baby My endocrinologist just keeps uping my med and doesnt listen.. Thank you in advance to reply
If it’s longer than 36 hrs u need to wake up ur GI tract. Start with some protein, not rly fatty. Hardboiled eggs are great, meat broth, or some cheese. I wait then another hr. I eventually eat fattier foods but I go over 3-4 hrs, eating little n waiting. Otherwise, you just dump it all, it goes in the toilet. What a waste of food.
I do a 136 hour fast once a month for two years now. I end the fast with 3-5 scrambled eggs in butter. Two hours later eat 1/3 - 1/2 pound bacon. Then straight back to carnivore until the next months fast. This is the way. I bet my soul on it.
Dr. Bright uses 5%. It’s harder to get in the US. I recommend the 2% and recommend moving up to 6 drops and seeing if it’s enough. If it’s not, move to 12. If you are detoxing a lot, you can take a 2 day break, so 5 days on, 2 days off. Start with 1 drop. Some people are so deficient that the body reacts.
You can find our iodine protocol here: www.nutritionwithjudy.com/supplementing-iodine

Looking forward to listening to Brights new audible book 😅 TY for sharing your incredible wealth of knowledge and science 🙏🏼🤍
This is so worrisome to see the damage being done. So glad to hear from Dr Bright.
Very informative conversation ! Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with everyone 🙏🏻❤️
This has been outstanding ladies. I'm going to listen to this a second time.
I'm new to Nutrition with Judy but highly impressed with your podcast 👌🏼 You're Awesome 😎😍
These conversations need to happen!!!! ❤❤❤
Wow. Hit on so many things I need to research. I was one of those babies back in the 50s who was sterile as well as my sister after my mom had the miscarriage drug. My brother was not affected because he was the first born. My mom had a miscarriage then I was born.
Very fascinating. We don’t consider enough how much our environment and epigenetics play a factor to our health ❤️🩹
I have learned so much from Dr. Bright. Thanks for another interview!
I am a diesterstilbesterol baby. My mother felt guilty because I have had issues. I told her I would rather be alive and have issues than be miscarried.
Yes, that’s the right mentality. It’s a blessing to be alive ❤️🩹❤️🩹
100% pro life here. Every one deserves a chance at life. We mothers do what we can to support every pregnancy. I used a LOT of NAPRO treatments (protesterone) to prevent miscarrying and my 7 month old is a miracle and a perfect baby. God is in charge. If God allows you to live, you are meant to be here!!!❤
Dr Bright awesome but her beliefs about abortion and birth control and family size are the opposite of mine.
Amazing and super-informative interview! Thank you both!!! 😊❤
So interesting. Many of her principles align with mine.
I love doctor bright, she is awesome one my favorite speakers
What about those if us that have had total hysterectomys???
So interesting. Dr Bright was either bleeped or her mic cut out several times on important points?? I was interested in the yam/plant sterol issue but it got cut. Great interview!
Ikr! I’ve never heard yams weren’t good winder why
It wasn’t bleeped. You can’t have 2 people talking at the same time. So you could only hear one of they were both talking.
Such a great vid! Thx
Great video with Dr. B as usual. So informative. Does anyone know the name of the urine/iodine test they mentioned? I couldn't quite catch it. Thank you.
"Closed caption" worked like a charm. :-) It's "Hakala Research" 24 Hour Urine Iodine Loading Test Kit.
Excellent interview! Thank you ladies ❤
Would love to know how to turn on adrenal function again
I’ve lived thru severe trauma and THATS prob my deal, at this point.
However and whatever way that is for you (and only
You’ll know that answer) (For me, it was a lot of God and scripture reading).
Finally, consider environmental factors, if there are endocrine disruptors and hormone impactors or even toxins in the home, they cause adrenal impacts. ❤️🩹
Since we dont get wild caught fish in my country. Is it better avoid fish and focus on the lugols?
Irene Lyon would be a good person to interview about the impact of trauma on physical health.
I thought the same thing… there is so much more to trauma… love Irene’s work!!
@@mek8937 for sure. I also think Dr Bright's overview in the neuroendocrine side is good. It's definitely true that it takes a ton of energy to deal with a trauma.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if all of the magnificent women who do these deeply important shows all agreed to stop using the camera filters!!! Using the filters seems a bit hypocritical to me, considering the conversation here. I'm not trying to be mean. These women are troupers, heroes, bringers of Enlightenment. They are life savers. Come on.....let's be REAL!!!! Am I wrong?
Always great to listen to Dr Bright, she is so passionate. For people with Hashimoto’s with active thyroid antibodies I have heard that taking iodine will light up the thyroid and cause the antibodies to attack it and degrade it. I have resisted taking any for that reason. I do wonder what your thoughts are on this….
I can’t say for sure nor am I offering medical advice, but we have recommended iodine to our clientele that suffer from hashis and higher antibodies with no issues
Get an appointment with Elizabeth. I recommend it highly
@@NutritionwithJudy Judy thanks for the input. I appreciate and value your opinion. I am having my antibodies retested soon and will incorporate iodine after and monitor results.
@@tanitshkatanjusha Thanks for the recommendation. Both her and Judy are on my radar, once I get my new thyroid antibodies results….
I started HRT 7 years ago; combi patch and testosterone cream. I've been Keto 4 years and carnivore 6 months. I'm wondering now how to go about stopping taking HRT's and if my energy will decrease or my carnivore diet will support my hormones on its own.
I am concerned about stopping my bio identical hormone therapy, the vaginal dryness is a big concern!
No matter how good fats and iodine are for you, I won't be stopping my HRT or vaginal hormones 🤗xx
I'm really confused about bio-identical hormones now. So many people I follow says they are helpful and needed as we grow older. :(
My take on what she said...
If you eat a proper human diet (high fat with appropriate protein) you will produce your own hormones and won't need them.
Bad itching
@@T-Murph thank you I will try again!! 🙏🏻
This was amazing
Very helpful, Thanks Judy!
Low fat high carb also ROTS teeth from inside out
Dental hygiene can be en pointe and it doesn’t matter. U can’t outbrush a carb filled diet.
NO WAY
hey, it's not just a couple of months, more like four months and on average they put on four hundred pounds, and that grain is full of all sorts of things that we all take about. Young cattle that go to grain finishing yards go in with VERY little fat on their bodies and come out with inner muscular marbling, the same type of marbling that kills us.
Thank you, love you both❤
Iodine supplementation is essential as our daily shield to prevent anxiety & depression. Fat and red meat balance blood sugar and stabilize cortisol. Animal fat is our friend not foe.
I like the patch test as an indicator 😅
I understand to start with minimum dose and gradually increase if needed but Dr. Bright is saying to saturate thyroid to decrease inflammation if sensitive ?
I understand to avoid iodine if hyperthyroid is that Dr. Brights recommendedation as well ?
Great info about AI response to iodine drops
By giving MORE! Yes!
😊👌 A drop a day
Prescription medicine & nonprescription supplements are LOADED with glucose elevating "Other Ingredients" like rice flour, dextrose, maltodextrin, glycerin, etc. They have the same effect as sugar but they are allowed to avoid CALLING them sugar!
Your reference to HRT, I got neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer from bio identical hormones (progesterone).
HRT is awful
Bread & butter Rx, like statins
No evidence for, lots against it 🤦♀️
(MDs bread & butter, Big pHarma’s too)
Thank you for sharing. A lot of practitioners lately say it’s safe but I’m still suspect.
@@YeshuaKingMessiaheven bioidenticals?
How did you narrow it down to progesterone?
Great video! Plus, you both look so healthy. It's like you're aging backwards. ♥🥩
The use filter on their recording so you really dont know how good they really look like
Doctor bright briefly mentions ehlers danlos syndrome can she explain more on this
Amen.please pray for healing for my leg and pelvis for complete healing so I can do God,s work. Thankyou.
good info!
What about carnivore and hypoglycemia?
Sex is binary. If you go to any aboriginal tribe they will laugh at you if you say otherwise. They know that there is only a man and a woman. I like Dr. Bright but her assessment of the whole binary thing and thinking that current culture has no influence on people's identity is way off.
M'thinks she has swallowed the koolaid. Even carnivores can't escape wokeism, apparently.
Completely agree
Agreed! 💯

Also can you please bring Dr.Darren Schmidt on your show?
If one is hyperthyroid, are we supposed to take iodine??
Why do you think high cortisol can cause nausea for some (even on keto).
How much daily iodine is recommended ?
I’ve read that in some cases, iodine keeps people up.
Yes it can stimulate energy. We recommend only taking iodine until afternoon or just morning
They usually say 70-80% of calories from fat.
There’s a lot you
Shared that it’s difficult to say what your root cause is but I’d never ever recommend drinking well water without a filter.
We can't erase the impact of Under Eating 📢
Any iodine recommendations?
If the toxins are in the fat, maybe it makes sense to eat grain finished animals, lower fat, and adding in butter to get to the desired macros.
Grain finished are higher fat
Someone send this to Dr Paul Saladino
According to Dr Bright its actually more important for them than adults. Especially your daughter
I dose my kids 3 drops of 2% a day. It’s okay. Dr Bright recommends it for everyone. I don’t see a down side.
How can i find out abòut the keto diet??
Could you please share the name of the test for sufficient iodine again. I am a foreigner and I am unable to make out the name of the test. Thank you so much!
Hakala Labs
How can she argue that changes in hormones due to malnourishment at a young age would not influence sexual behavior. Pretty much lost respect for her at that point
If you don't think bioidentical hormones are healthy even if your fat intake in the diet raises your hormones how high do you actually think they're going to get you have to have physiological dosages of at least a hundred not just about stopping hot flashes it's about other things the brain and other organs that need these physiological dosages Dr Felice Gersh is an expert on hormone therapy she's brilliant she knows what she's talking about I would recommend listening to her videos
What else we suppose to supplement with iodine?
Fat..fat..fat..fat..
Where can I get this iodine level lab you guys are talking about?

If you are on Armour you do not need to supplement with iodine right?
Can Iodine detox from mercury, lead etc?
Yes it helps with this.
Please could you address fibroids thank you 🤗
Is it safe to take iodine after hysterectomy?
I take it and am fine
Have been dizziness ( woozy head s don't take iodine but after seeing these videos need to
Great topic! Powerful video! Thank you!❤️
Please comment about iodine on hyperthiroidism. Thank you
It’s a nutrient and not about up regulating or down regulating thyroid per se.

Today im on 550mg of levnothyeroxine. I hate it. Yes Tsh has gone down currently at 3.39 & Tpo antibodies is at 147.

Should i reduce the dose if im upping iodine drops from 2 to 10?

Would like to know how to come off a fast with food intake ? Do you stay the same or gradually or with fat only ?
If it’s longer than 36 hrs u need to wake up ur GI tract. Start with some protein, not rly fatty. Hardboiled eggs are great, meat broth, or some cheese. I wait then another hr.
I eventually eat fattier foods but I go over 3-4 hrs, eating little n waiting.
Otherwise, you just dump it all, it goes in the toilet. What a waste of food.
Kind regards appreciate that thank you
Dr Bright hates fasting fyi
She accepts only fat fasting

I do a 136 hour fast once a month for two years now. I end the fast with 3-5 scrambled eggs in butter. Two hours later eat 1/3 - 1/2 pound bacon. Then straight back to carnivore until the next months fast. This is the way. I bet my soul on it.
What percentage of iodine? 2 or 5%?
In other videos I've watched with Dr. Bright, she says to get the 5% if you can.
