My Opinion is right !!!
Some M.O.S. is intentionally keying up over the supervisor.
If you listen to N.Y.P.D. Radio long enough, you would know that this is a very common occurence !!!
...And I've been listening since 1982 !
POOR RADIO ETIQUETTE !!!
