      i have 2 tests tomorrow and i had 2 days to study for them, so i am the ultimate worst hun
      just study and do work and sleeeep, literally what i tell to myself but end up not studying, crying and then giving up and sleeping

    I usually never comment on videos but I just wanted to say that I am so grateful to have found you, MuchelleB! I am very picky with my subscriptions, especially with self-care/productivity type you tubers because they all say similar things, but your content never fails to impress me. You are one of my inspirations for starting my own youtube channel, and channelnotes has also been such an amazing resource for that process. Binge watched most of vids on there at one go, haha.     BlockSite has been a lifesaver for me. I used to get really easily distracted on social media and that would ruin my productivity and my overall mood and therefore I would feel even more overwhelmed by everything I still needed to do and could have done, but I haven't. Now, social media is reserved for just an hour a day 😊

    So insane that this is your video this week! I seriously NEEDED this! I'm heading overseas for a month in 3 weeks, trying to get uni assignments done, moving house AND working 30 hours a week.. safe to say i'm hella stressed and overwhelmed so thank you so much for this video this week! xxx

    I’m so thankful for your videos, I think most of the time when I’m feeling unmotivated it’s so easy to just watch garbage youtube videos over and over again but all it takes is your one little video to pop up into my subscriptions and i’m motivated again and back on track. Thank you so much, I really find your videos help me especially when i’m having a ‘down day’ or feeling overwhelmed with my anxiety.

    This hit perfectly, was feeling a inner growing overwhelm of things need doing at home that have just been draining mental energy.
    Been working longer and more hours than usual plus catching a cold so far too much is ”later”.... Yet is a reminder each time I see these things of me feel Behind.
    Braindumping, storming to you, and creating to do’s really helped me feel more calm.
    Doing Something helped as well. Especially in my bedroom where dirty laundry was taking over the floor as the basket they are usually put into was full of Clean now more and more wrinkly clothes from last round of laundry.
    Embarressing and I Honestly think I slept a little less good because my room looked so Messy.
    Ofc once I ”unpacked” the clean laundry turned out it was done within like 5-10 minutes yet I had just it to ”later” for days.
    I usually unpack right away or at the latest the morning after when doing laundry in the evening close to bed-time.
    Just Do it:)

    This was SUCH a great video! It's so easy to get overwhelmed with all of the multitasking and juggling we all do most of the time! I'm totally with you on not being as productive in a chaotic space. I need to straighten up first! 🙌🏼💗

    This video is so well timed. Work has been busy and school is starting Sunday so just a reminder that I can get through this and having my "hand held" is nice. Like I know/usually do some of this stuff but when you're overwhelmed it's hard to remember. Man, there are soooo many of your videos that I've saved to rewatch. Never stop!

    I don’t comment often on TH-cam in general, but I feel like saying this, I have been struggling with depression for years, but in the past 2 months it has been harder and harder to focus on my priorities up to the point that I have had suicidal thoughts. And frankly I feel a bit aimless in life now but this video has come at the right time. A crying mess thanks you.

    I get overwhelmed all the time - but that's just me! Part of being Multi Passionate! I have created a process. I have listened to so many of the "overwhelm" experts over the years and their process is so perfect when you are not overwhelmed! Love this idea of becoming a doer!!! I also like to make my day into manageable chunks.. so you are only focused on a few hours ahead! and then I reverse list! Which is I achieve and then I put it on my today list!

    Hi Michelle, I am big fan of yours. And I recently found myself stuck. I have just moved to another country to follow my boyfriend and the plan is that I will dedicate following months to finish my online studies from home. The only problem with this is that I dont have any routine, and when i wake up, im feeling lost and not very motivated, and at the end of the day i just feel bad about myself. I miss the feeling of being accomplished like when i worked at the office. I am starting to think that its my pure work ethic. And I really want to get this diploma done because I am postponing it for too long and have paid a lot of money for it. I come to you because I know you for sure will have great tips on how to work from home on a long term project, improve my work ethic etc. Please help!

    I feel exactly the same about calendar blocking, I've tried it and it doesn't work for me unless I have like an exam coming up or something. If I try to use it at any other time, it just makes me more stressed. Thanks for making me feel less weird haha.

    Cleaning my space is my number 1 way to reduce overwhelm. I can't think at all when my house (or at least office) is a mess and it's a quick and very satisfying way to tick the first thing off your list which then makes it easier to move onto the next thing.

    Love the idea of outsourcing what tasks you can! Not everything on our to do list need to be done by us. Really appreciate your advice to ask ourselves these 3 questions, Muchelle! 💕Prioritizing also can be so important. Especially since it’s vital to combat overwhelm in a world that increasingly rushes in on us (especially for us introverts)...
    Side note:
    Why do I find myself doing something proven to be counter to a calm start to the day i.e. on my phone on TH-cam at 5am still lying in bed instead of meditating like I planned lol!

    I use to feel overwhelmed but I have learned through burnout that nothing is urgent really. I do have a bf that I live with that prioritize all wrong. Such a headache for me and especially for him! I love the video! ❤️

    Great tips here for dealing with overwhelm. Overwhelm can see us with a massive TTD list and in tears achieving nothing. Practical steps to get moving is just what is needed and I think a workbook is such a great gift to some who need it right now - awesome video!

    I definitely need this. It's finals week in my uni and I've been running on 3 hours of sleep sicce Saturday. I haven't even been studying though - focusing on other little things like cleaning, decluttering, I even started a blog in this time, what is wrong with meeeee!!!!!!!
