Weeb can you do an analysis on the types of fortification's so we know what a "well fortified position" consists of?
There are no well fortified positions due to Russian artillery & aviation

A well fortified position is a network of trenches and elevated positions that are well provisioned with men and ammunition. it must have good logistics supporting it. These factors make it very difficult to flank these positions, to assault directly. Has good cover for artillery damage.

2:20 I will never understand those kind of reports. You can't take half of a connected fortification. There is either an ongoing assault where the situation is changing every minute OR the assault has failed OR the assault was a success. Updating a map with half of the fortification under control of one side and the other one on the other side is super weird.

There’s a lot of relic villages that overgrew and are ghost villages even towns just since the Soviet Union collapsed 30 years
One of my grandparents villages in Belarus is overgrown, there’s a unwalkable bushy forest where the road used to be place looks like it was abandoned 100 years ago but it’s only been like 20 years since the last inhabitants left

Russian Generals know their war history. The thing with the tunnel was the First Brussilow Offensive, successful. They tried it again, but without success now.
Russia will not try the tunnel trick again.

At that time the Russians dig a tunnel, up to a few meters to the German trench. All of a sudden they came out of the earth. The Germans were surprised and the Russians had a breakthrough.
They tried it again, but this time the Germans were prepared and it did not work. So far the history.
I can see no connection between this and Ukrainian tanks in Moscow. They did not come to this place because of any tunnel. Can you explain more?
@@martinh1277 Things are playing out differently in this SMO. Pipeline/tunnel operations conducted by the Russians for this SMO have all been successful so far, which is contrary to your "without success" remark in the previous comment. Hence the taunt about Ukrainian tanks in Moscow.

Then the thing with the pipeline. It was a pipeline, no tunnel. The Russians did not make the pipeline, it was already there. They used it and had success.
And the thing with Abrams in Moscow. Ukraine had one Abrams near the front with a breakdown. They did not send a vehicle to repair it. Certainly Russian artillery would destroy it. They did not destroy the Abrams. This was good calculation. If the front moves forward, they will get their intact Abrams back. If not, Russians are not so silly to take an Abrams and try to fight against Ukraine with it. Too many circumstances to have an Abrams in the field. So the Russians carried the Abrams to Moscow and preferred to brush up some T72, they have enough of it and that works.
Now show me the tunnel in this story or show me the pipeline!
