Hey man thanks for this, I know it may not be of important but I am wondering if it would be alright if you could boost your recording audio? It is no problem when I use my headphones but sometimes I go back to my stereo audio and it gets quite soft. Once again thank you for doing this up :)!
Yes u lost the uv.there is a way to get uv back...you can uv transfer in maya on world or local sample space... If this helps join my discord for further queries discord.gg/ua5EHqy
Zremesher Guides are pretty cool. But unfortunately it doesn't work perfectly in hardserface things. Atleast for me. But hey it's worth a try. Which ever do the job done. Use that. 😉
this is good method but unfortunately the wire is way too dense, if we want to make wire less dense there is no other way around than retopology by hand
Zremesh will help you to get even squares everywhere, by that you can apply and scratches alpha on it... It'll apply properly with less divisions.. If you don't zremesh it'll still work in some cases but it'll take more division to get desire results..
Could you be so kind as to give me a quick and simple explanation of this? Its nothing with you, i got rrally bad ADHD so its been really hard to follow this video. Since its not like, throwing info out 90mph lol.. im sure you know what i mean.. it sucks having ADHD.
How can I do the same with a model with fillets? I wasn't able to crease edges because of fillets. Maybe I can mask needed surfaces to make groups? I am completely new to Zbrush, I am CAD user and now I need Zbrush only to remesh models for further UV unwrapping. i.imgur.com/C0RmHGb.jpg P.S. OMG I've spent in Zbrush a few hours and it looks like I had to spend there a few years just to find out how to add precise mask.
Ya you can. Use max and maya any 3d program. M nt saying it is the only way to get a result which can achieve in zbrush.. I just want to show you a different technique you can use in zbrush. Hope you understand 😊
3D Tips I understand, though I really don't like when ZBrush is used for hard-surface work (because of those imperfections, that's because I'm perfectionist)
holy shit....exactly what I needed, my workflow is going to be lot faster now, thanks to you!
for me, it is the most usefull video about maya/zbrush pipeline :)
thank you so much!!!!!
(it is works after 5 years ago)
Great video! I’m modeling with CAD and this is exactly what I needed! New Subscriber
Fantastic! I've been trying to figure this out for a while. Thank you so much for this.

Thnx a lot!!! I tried it with MOI... and works perfectly!!!
Glad this helps man.. Thanks for this nice comments
Useful video, thanks 4 sharing
Glad it helps 😊

Hi it can keep original uv???
Awesome man! appreciated!
This video is exactly what I need for my model :)

Thanks for the suggestion, am working on this point.. Thanks
Thanks. But do we lost the uv mapping if we do zremesher?

it gets harder when using dynamesh, and trying to apply group by normals 🙈
but for this kind of mesh its perfect 👍
very good my friend thank you
Glad you like it
Thanks a lot, great video
This is pretty cool! But i've been wondering what's your thoughts on ZRemesher Guides compared to this?
Zremesher Guides are pretty cool. But unfortunately it doesn't work perfectly in hardserface things. Atleast for me. But hey it's worth a try. Which ever do the job done. Use that. 😉
@@3DTips Yea i understand you now... I tried it and it didn't work as you've mentioned. But thank you for showing this cool useful tip :)
Am glad that this video help 😊 keep learning
Great video! :)
Thank q so much for motivating me 🤗
thank you bhai
Glad this helps😊
this is good method but unfortunately the wire is way too dense, if we want to make wire less dense there is no other way around than retopology by hand
Yoy can try by putting it on "half" and zremesh it. Or you can try retopo it in zbrush
May i ask why we need zremesh at the end? I use only crease subdiv-uncrease all and subdiv again for rounded corners.
Zremesh will help you to get even squares everywhere, by that you can apply and scratches alpha on it... It'll apply properly with less divisions.. If you don't zremesh it'll still work in some cases but it'll take more division to get desire results..
@@3DTips i see, thx for reply :)

Great video!!!!!!
yaaaasssss kween. remeshing hard surface models for good topology has always been a huge nightmare failure for me. thanks for the info
Thank You!
Your volume was super low. At first, I thought there was no audio!
udumadic jingli bingli hahe gingili bingili hahe... What are you saying?

You failed to give the crispy.
It depends on How much crispy you want...
You just need to properly model this piece in max
Ya you can. Use max and maya any 3d program. M nt saying it is the only way to get a result which can achieve in zbrush.. I just want to show you a different technique you can use in zbrush. Hope you understand 😊

ETERNAL DREAMER i don't like zbrush for hardsurface ether ... But i still use zbrush for hardsurface in some cases.. :D
3D Tips okay then 😉
I just use z modeler for hard suface. Works great for what I do
