It seems not good but if you have some money you can buy pc with rtx 1600 series like 1660 super or ti.They are very cheap and cost/efficient graphics card.About processor and ram you can upgrade your ram to 8-16gb and your processor to amd r3 3200 or intel i3 6000 series.
