ATAS test

I'm adding AIM-92 ATAS AA missiles for helicopters.
First trigger detent uncages the seeker so that you can lock the target, and pressing second detent launches the missile.
AI gazelles will have mistral AA missiles, and flare dispensers will be added for all helicopters too.
