So, I took a public speaking class and learned that what helps “umms” is just pausing between your thoughts. It will take practice, but give it a whirl! I thoroughly enjoyed this, I’ve been living in the fast lane for a good minute and I’ve finally got back to my “mindset living” through journaling, exercise, routine, reading and omg the CLARITY I’ve begun to experience. I love it here. One important thing about adulthood though is self compassion and in my opinion, I think that this is the foundation of self love, self awareness, self care, etc. We are all adulting for the first time and to be quite frank, we are all trial and “erroring”- lol. Giving ourselves grace, and understanding and even forgiveness. Being gentle and kind to ourselves will go a long way. 😊 P.S. Amazon stock is hitting though!!!!!🎉 see you on the next one!

Last year, I improved my self-care habits, and it has made a huge difference. I still have some habits to grow in. However, I am proud of my progress.
