Uitkyk Hiking Trail | Hartebeespoort

Welcome back to probably the most beautiful hikes around Gauteng. This is a must-visit hiking trail. It is 9km long, going up is quite tough but the downhill section is very basic. Remember to take a camera with and also spend as much time as possible on top :).

I did this hike a while ago when it was still open, I have no idea why it is closed, but when it opens it’s a must do.

It’s open, but you and your group have to contact the property owners and book ahead for approval and safety reasons …
