Sure. I use a 3d mouse called SpacePilot. It's made by "3Dconnexion", a subsidiary of "Logitech".

Sure, you can download this particular display mode (and many others) from the first post in the following thread. Simply navigate to the bottom of the first post and download "Alias 4.ini" and its corresponding environment map named "Alias 4.jpg":
