Excellent camera work, really beautiful by going very close and of course this model is fantastic apart from the landing with the front wheel giving in.
It is, it'd be like a real jet trying to take off in a field of Barley! Weston Park is a country estate so I'd doubt they would allow that. It would be cool if they did though!

Thank you, your comment means a lot 🌟
I just knew that nose gear was going to give out on the landing. Looked very flimsy and bendy on grass before take off.
Love the afterburner effect ...fantastic !!
It's quite bright, even in the daylight 👍
Super useful, thanks! 🙏
Still the best looking jetfighter, ever built.
There’s beauty in the Rhino for sure
Agreed. The Phantom is as badass-looking as they get.
Just a beautiful model which looks fantastic from all angles. Really nicely flown as well.
Andreas did an amazing job, it was a UK certification flight done in front of hundreds of people... no pressure then 🙃
What a great performance!!!
Was just thinking to myself, the 'scale' effect of grass on theses RC models must be brutal ! Can they not lay a temporary surface ?

I was thinking the same thing with these larger r/cs.
No drama rotation, but as it shows I thought the nose gear looked a bit spindly
It hit a lump and that put a crack in the nose leg pin. The production models have a larger pin. Leg extended is 450mm long!
Looks like it represents a carrier oleo extension hence the longer nose wheel strut. Needs the shorter conversion imo ??
I agree completely
Anyone else see what looks like a light aircraft above it at 3:36 ?
Yes, they were filming with a drone, but I think this was a full size
Very impressive model you've got there mate just like a proper real one and i like the F-4 phantoms even those I've never never heard one in person
I wish it was mine 🙂
Perfect!
Too bad they didn’t have a proper paved runway for that gorgeous Phantom
That rough crass strip broke the nose gear off
Yes, not many left in the UK for RC planes now
It's incredible at such a level of price and technicity to have so much gear failures when you look at rc jets videos on the Web ...
very fun
The black smoke trails are missing! ;-)
😀 'Old Smokey'
“Over and out “………from the commentator at the start ?? !!!! Learn your R/T !!
That always irks me!
Your so petty

Calm down Jeff, they’re only toys
no smoke in burner.
