    Hello,
I want to highly recommend Matt’s hair transplant consulting services.
Matt will evaluate with you the goals on a one on one video chat and point out very important information on how to select the best clinic for you.
His number 1 rule was to pick a surgeon that only performs 1 surgery per day.
Once you go through the process, you will understand why a surgeon really can only be involved with 1 patient at a time.
Matt then recommended three surgeons to interview and I was able to select the one that was the best fit.
Without his consultation I would have not been able to make suche a good choice and would have been lost in the overwhelming information online.
    Thanks Matt

I don’t know why but unfortunately I experience the side effect after minoxidil, it’s like chest pain at the left side. I am pretty sure it’s minoxidil because I tested more than 20 times with both solutions: topical and oral tablet (2,5-5mg) and always when I take it then after 6-10 hours I feel mild pain inside my chest. I have visited cardiologist and he didnt find any issues with my heart. It’s weird. Also use dutasteride for 10 months and I don’t see any improvements so far. No sides

Tapering off minoxidil can be successful once you achieved the desired result from regrowing your hair ,but it's best to know which treatment was more dominant in getting the miniaturized hairs to grow into full length hairs .temporarily pulling off one or more treatments will point that out .sometimes we can go overboard thinking adding all these growth stimulants will keep taking it to the next level .less is always better in long run for making our treatments cost effective

I'm expecting some regrowth (that's my goal by adding dutasteride). Finasteride and minoxidil only gave me maintenance (which is great already).
I added the dutasteride exactly 2 months and a half ago and what I'm seeing right now is an INSANE shedding like I've never seen before (pretty scary ...) but at the same time i see lots of micro baby new hair growing everywhere which is obviously a good sign.
It's probably a nocebo as you read too much about the " side effects " on the internet .
Just take finasteride like it's an aspirin and forget about it.
Also if you get any real sides : those usually go away with continued use of the drug as it's been shown In some serious studies (most sides go away on their own between month 3 and month 6).
Some people basically just need time to adjust to finasteride. Finasteride sometimes mess with your hormones but it's only temporary.
Conclusion : don't give up on finasteride, lower the dose to 0.25mg every other day (it should help) and don't overthink about " side effects " as you might give yourself a nocebo . Relax, give time to finasteride, do exercise everyday/ cold shower in the morning. Do intermittent fasting and eat as healthy as possible and in a few months you should be perfectly fine 🙂.
      Edit :
I also had ED in the past, and I later understood that it was because of stress/ lack of exercise and not so good of a diet.
I tried to relax, sleep better etc... and my ED completely disappeared. You will be alright 👍

In this video you posted 3 years ago, we can clearly notice that the skin of your face is much whiter th-cam.com/video/pmQvJUYfDc0/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=MATTDOMINANCE.
